The room was spacious and the breakfast was generous. However, the sofa was stained and the wooden floor was dusty. The counter service was fast and efficient. The first floor had a spacious, bright, and comfortable open space. The second basement level offers mechanical parking, making it a great choice for drivers. The room is old and damp, with a musty smell everywhere. The floor is uneven, and the water cups in the room are extremely dirty. The bathroom is clean and has plenty of hot water.

We originally stayed in room 606 for four people. After walking around Tamsui Old Street, we uncovered the quilt and found that there were black stains on the sheets. We called the front desk and they immediately helped us move to room 609. Room 609 felt older than room 606. The floor was uneven and had bumps. The corners of the room were not very clean. The cover of the wall socket fell off. There were few plugs in the room. The shower in the bathroom did not have much water.
The hotel did not provide any amenities, not even indoor slippers. I found that the floor was not very clean when I stepped on it barefoot.
The public space of the hotel has been renovated and feels relatively new. The room is old and the room price is cheap. I will not come again unless the room is renovated.
