TTutuIt was my first time to spend the night in Jiufen. I was lucky enough to book this room at a very discounted price, which is suitable for a small family. For a couple of us, the room was very large and antique, which matched well with the atmosphere of Jiufen, although there were some things It's not available but it doesn't have any impact😅The service staff are also very kind. Breakfast is delivered to the room at the same time. It's really great. It's even more convenient to go out. You can reach the old street in less than 5 minutes. I decided to add it to my pocket list. Medium ❤️

Anyway still suggest to carry light as uber cannot access almost narrow roads around Jiufen. The view from the room is perfect!! You can see both mountains and sea from upstairs room. The room is cozy with 2 queen beds/1 booking room. 1 booking room = half of the house ＞＞ 1 room downstairs and 1 upstairs but limited 2 person/ 1 booking room) so if you come are a group of 4 people you can book 2 rooms (whole house). The bnb is not fits with people with knee issue as you will have to walk down the stairs to reach bnb but it has access to old street not far but up. I still think its a great place to stay. Breackfast comes with package (sandwich, omelette, and veggies). You can discuss with host for check in and can leave bag after check out. Overall love the place its nice and clean and you can chill in the room until check out time 12.00

GGuest UserConveniently located on the beach, a five minute walk from the train station. The room was large and clean. Bed were very comfortable. Lots of amenities. I like that the room had two toilets. The breakfast was copious, so much choice, mostly Chinese foods but delicious. The only thing I would say is the down side of this hotel is that the façade looks run down. It desperately needs a new paint job to look like a luxury hotel. The inside is really nice but the outside looks abandoned. But I noticed this is often the case with many buildings in Taiwan. The upkeep of the façade doesn’t seem important to them.

JJoleneThe stay was excellent! Absolutely loved it! It was very near the main jiu fen street (just about a 3min walk) and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. The common areas are so beautifully decorated and there's plenty of space. I love how they prioritised this and not just turn everything into bedrooms. Very thoughtful of them.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient. You get porridge with a variety of dishes to go along with. They also have bread with butter/jam available.
The stay is located on top a flight of stairs. Our group traveled as a family with 2 senior citizens and the flight of stairs were a little tiring for them. Do take note if you're taveling with those who are older or have difficulties walking. It isn't too bad, but can definitely be tricky for some.
Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay. This place is one of the prettiest out of the rest we scouted for jiu fen as well. It's a good pick and I would stay here again if I were to come back to jiu fen. Hope you find this helpful! Cheers!

LLauren Y.Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

GGuest UserThe location is about 10 -15 mins walk to the Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. There is direct bus just around the corner which can take you to Tamsui old street and the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby and a 7-11.
The room is huge! The bed is two queens bed combined. The only downside for this hotel is there is no wardrobe. It only has a tiny little hock to hang clothes and it’s very low. So my long jacket will be sweeping the floor if I hand there. There is also no partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is also no switch to switch off the light on top of the bathroom basin
The shower room do not have a holder where u can put your shower gel and face wash. The clothes rack is near the shower head and your clothes could get wet. If you put your stuffs outside the shower room, as there is no partition between bathroom and bedroom, your room mates will be able to see you when you open the shower door.
Please add a rack in the shower room and add back the partition between bathroom and bedroom. I think that’s necessary.

AAndreasMWe spent two nights in this accomodation. The check-in was easy and the owner speaks basic English. It is very close to the famous old street but you have to climb up many stairs.
The humidity in this room was very high and you could see it on the walls and feel it when touching the bed and the linen. The room is equipped with basic and rather old furniture and an old AC.
We do not recommend to stay here for more than two days.
