The hotel is a franchise, the rooms are small, the blankets on the beds have probably not been changed in years. There is a brothel next to it, with two dogs, who bark when someone comes, and look like an underground brothel. The hotel is a guesthouse, and it is almost the worst place I have ever stayed.

A comfortable stay with great amenities.
The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting John Hunter hospital. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the on-site restaurant serves great meals. The staff are so accommodating and Karen was very caring, informative and friendly.

Not value for money
Access to the hotel is a disaster. Check in is in the corner of a shop. Rooma are on second floor. Some of them just above a bar. Windows does not open at all which made us unsafe in case of fire. Parking was away from the property and acess either around the building og through a basement, shared with a bar. Room was nice and clean. Small though. Way too overpriced according to value. Wont come back.
