New Haven County Hotels with Airport pickup service

I heard feedback from guests: The staff at this hotel are friendly and happy to answer questions, and the room facilities are okay. The location of the hotel is very good and parking is easy.

Hotel is on the side of the road, easy to access buses. You only need to walk 1 minute to the bus stop. In front of the hotel there is a refueling and there is a small shop selling snacks & drinking water. The hotel bathroom is clean, it seems to be newly renovated. The floor of the room in the corners is not clean, there are traces of paint falling, probably because of the old building. The heater in one of the rooms we rented was not working well. Request to clean the room can only be done after 3 days of stay by informing the hotel before 11am. Staff are very helpful and friendly. In the room there is a microwave and coffee maker, you can't cook a large amount of water, only for 1 glass. There is laundry inside the hotel that you can use coin quarter.

First room we was at was dirty had trash still under the bed like they only clean what they think ppl would see and it also had hair in the tub still smh... so we got Switch to another room and it was dirty also well the chair had old Cheerios and the rug was like sticky I had to wear my flip flops smh but service was nice they was very sorry about it but yea I wish I toke photos

The service of the hotel is very warm. The boy who entertained us was an Indian boy who was very friendly and smiled very kindly. Since we couldn't find the heating switch, he took the initiative to go upstairs to help us. The hotel has free parking spaces. There are many fast food options nearby, such as McDonald’s and Subway. In addition, there is a Wal-Mart supermarket opposite the hotel. It is also very convenient to buy some living supplies. The only regret is that there seems to be none in the Wal-Mart supermarket. Hot food. The hotel's facilities are relatively old, especially the heating noise is very loud, I even suspected that I was sitting on an airplane when the heating was turned on. Outside the window, it is adjacent to Highway 95. Although the traffic is convenient, it is still a bit noisy. Not enough of these did not affect our rest. It was very hard to drive all the way from Boston. The breakfast is very American and there are quite a few choices. In summary, overall praise should be given.

I booked a room with breakfast included. When I had breakfast in the morning, I asked for coffee and fruit (fruit is paid separately). The waiter did not give me a menu and said OK. I thought it was a unified breakfast. But other people's breakfasts were delivered but ours was not. Finally, after communicating with the front desk, the menu was delivered to us. It's close to downtown New Haven, so it's good for walking around the neighborhood and taking a walk. The staff is friendly, and there's a microwave on the first floor, so you can cook simple meals. Except for the fact that there's no swimming pool in the hotel and the room cleaning takes a long time, this hotel is satisfactory in terms of location and facilities.
