The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

Quality of food is good, location, room are excellent, Fantastic room, super comfortable, great amenities, super helpful staff. If you want to stay somewhere very nice on the way to or from the airport, this is a great option.

Fantastic choice if you need to take a flight because it’s really close to the airport. All the rest is rather far away though. Large and well appointed room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Good WiFi. They also have a fantastic Asian restaurant in the hotel

The location of the hotel is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport , easy accessible (approx.10 drive from airport), the nearest metro station is 5 min walking distance . The staff at the reception was very helpful and accommodative. The cleanliness in the room was excellent , Toilette was well maintained and very hygienic.

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

When I book this hotel, one of the request I put it was to be near the lift lobby. But instead, the hotel allocate a room to me towards the end of the corridor after coming out of the lift. :-(

The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and an easily accessible shower, which was very important for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. The only minor downside we experienced was with the air conditioning, which took a little time to adjust to our preferred temperature. However, this did not majorly affect our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Gurgaon, and we would recommend it to other senior citizens looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel in the area. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience. We would gladly return on our next visit to Gurgaon.
