The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the train station and MRT station. The hotel is located in an alley off the main road, making it less noisy and more private. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were pretty shocked by their cleanliness level in the rooms. When we checked in at night after a long flight, there were no toilet rolls, no towels and no hot water. The linens and blankets were dusty and looks like they have not changed the sheets for some time. We were very mad and requested for a new room with all the above amenities provided. They changed us to another room after that with the same level of cleanliness. On top of that, they do not respect guests privacy here. Even though we put the do not disturb sign on, the housekeeping guys will still enter the room or knock on the doors several times. Me and my husband was almost interrupted everyday. Even after we say do not clean the room, they will still enter. So please be safe with your valuables. Their safe doesn’t work well as well.

The hotel staff were kind. The hotel is very close to the train station which is a perk. The only downside to the hotel was area. I would not recommend it if you are “only women” staying in this area.

Had 3 different rooms, very clean. Big thanks to the manager Dinesh Singh for helping us planning our trip and making everything easier, and to the team for the good work! Perfect area for a stay in New Delhi, 5 min walking to the train station. the food of the hotel is good as well.

Very Decent hotel and we had a good & luxury stay. We had booked for Premium room, room was spacious and well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Also the area is mid of the city and near by to delhi markets. I would highly recommend this hotel GM Mr. Dinesh Singh he take care of us. if you are looking for luxury and comfortable accommodation
