Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

The whole experience was great during our visit to El Cairo at the Dusit hotel. The facilities and assistance were excellent at all time. However, the most remarkable service was the dinner at the international food restaurant. It had good quality-price balance and the waiters Mostafa, Magdy and Adham were really pleasant. Thank you!

I have traveled to several countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. In a poor country like Cairo, I am really surprised that there is such a high-end and cost-effective hotel. This hotel has cured me of all the travel fatigue for half a month and made my children happy. .I am happy. I feel like I am a princess 👸 being pampered. And I am really high-end and classy. The ceiling of Egypt.

The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, hygienic and clean. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic. The room is very large and suitable for business travel. If you come to Cairo in the future, you will come to stay again.

would like to thank Wael from the reception, as I was exploring the place and I was lost, and when he saw me, he offered to help and explain the details of the place to me. The place was very nice, with all its details, the gym, the swimming pool, and the locker, including sauna and steam, and the staff were wonderful.. Hotel service is terrible. No Maintenance since 10 days + they refuses to take my garbage. Last pickup was 4 to 5 days ago. I have a baby and pampers and they do not care. They want me to stick to an cleaning appointment preselected by them. They give me appointments that do not match for me and dont care if it does not work for me as I work etc. and if I ask that just someone comes to take the garbage they say your problem....you had an appointment and missed it and shall wait till next week. So I have now to wait 1 week till someone comes and takes the garbage incl baby diapers. When I say I want to talk to the manager they just hang up and dont care. They receive 20 000 EGP in advance and dont care for anything. Biggest regret. I would like to go but they received my money. Take care before you book a long stay and never book despite through booking and avoid a long stay especially in their apartment. Shame on you to treat a mother with a baby like that.

The hotel is very good and really it exceeds my expectations, a very good experience the stuff is very helpful, everything is good , only one thing i have to comment in which is the room isolation is very bad u can clearly hear any whisper in the next room & for sure they can too , so please try to manage this Other thing that made me give them 4 points out of five that the electricity has gone for 2 hours from the 24 hours we are staying 😑

I always thought I was out of luck, until this lousy building called the hotel taught me to be a man! Apple's photorealistic real-life picture is as above. The first picture do n’t think it ’s a garden. You must park your luggage on the main road and go down the slope with a baggage to cross the road full of illegal parking and then go upstairs to a dozen steps. It's better to practice again. If there is a problem, do not change the house. The platform complains before changing. Worse than the second floor, you deserve it! Why not change hotels? The labor and capital went out every day at eight o'clock in the middle of the night, and then returned at night. If they said too much, they all cried ...

The hotel is very accessible lies in a well serviced area, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Gobus company station is next to it. The check-in process was fast. The room was very good, well kept, many thanks to housekeeping. The main restaurant was nice, staff were professional, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The pool area was good but, the pool was not heated enough although they were saying it is heated, towels are only available on request.
