We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the same problem and we called the front desk and their answer was there’s not technician and we have to wait for next day . While we were doing Check out we mentioned the AC issue and they said that they didn’t receive any call regarding this matter telling me a LIAR which is very disrespectful answer. I will suggest more training regarding hospitality and Guest relations because the building doesn’t look bad and is clean but the service is AWFUL ,terrible . Also there is a lack of language that is even worst .
