We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet.

Schöne Anlage aber in die Jahre gekommen
Eine schöne Anlage, aber doch recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ echt zu wünschen über. Das dritte Zimmer, welches wir bekommen hatten, war von der Dusche her endlich eins ohne Schimmel. Das personal war über unsere Reklamation nicht wirklich überrascht. Auf den Fensterbrettern lagen tote Fliegen und sehr viel Staub. Auch die Bodenbeläge der Flure haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die vier Sterne sind für diese Anlage nicht ansatzweise mehr gerechtfertigt.

Die Betten waren keine 3 Sterne wert (durchgelegene Matratzen und Rahmen) Selbst nach Austausch der Matratzen war die Liegequalität miserabel!Die Treppenbeleuchtung war defekt und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation nicht repariert!Das Frühstücksbuffet war gerade noch durchschnittlich!Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer im "Turm".

Leider gibt es im Schloss selber keine Zimmer, sondern nur im Nebengebäude. Den Spa-Betrieb riecht man schon recht deutlich. Die Leute waren nett und das Zimmer war ok
