Une belle soirée avec un menu bien exécuté. (Sobre et équilibré sur les goûts et textures) J'aurai peut-être souhaité un peu plus d'exotisme dans le baba exotique. Tout était au top : Apéro au bar, reoas en salle avec menu créatif et bien maitrisé. Et la chambre avec ce cadre incroyable. Bravo ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon service client, attention toutefois a ce que la comm soit exacte (horaires du petit-déjeuner entre la semaine et le we pas renseignés correctement). Chambre magnifique ! Séjour incroyable. Conscients qu’en bord du lac il est évident que l’extérieur ne peut être 100% clean - c’est une évidence, nous regrettons que les fenêtres n’étaient pas parfaitement nettoyées à l’intérieur (traces de doigts…). Nous avons en outre été bien étonnés de la couleur du linge de bain initialement blanc, après avoir séché de l’eau qui était tombée sur le sol de la salle de bain. Il reste toutefois magique de séjourner au Palafitte et nous nous réjouissons d’y retourner lors d’une prochaine occasion.

Un hôtel exceptionnellement bien situé. Le personnel est très professionnel. Nous avons eu le droit à de sublimes attentions. Mon bras était plâtré. Nous remercions tout le personnel. La suite était magnifique, une vue sur le lac à tomber. Les repas dans la grande salle valent la peine et le sommelier a toujours choisi avec attention notre vin pour nos repas. En bref, magnifique magnifique

I recommend to have more options on the souvenirs for the hotel guests to take with them back home. the over all experience was really remarkable .. and I really enjoyed the time ...

Rien de tel que de se ressourcer au Palafitte. Tout y est fait pour apprécier le moment, depuis l'accueil jusqu'au départ. Je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel.

Nuit de rêve, dans un cadre magnifique. Personnel de l'hôtel accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Le restaurant est également un lieu magique et le personnel d'un professionnalisme à relever et la cuisine était succulente. C'est un lieu incontournable du canton de Neuchâtel.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Palafitte. C'était une véritable parenthèse dans nos semaines très chargées. on s'y sent très bien, havre de paix. Situation paradisiaque, pavillon sur pilotis, service impeccable. La chambre est magnifique, très grande salle de bains, baignoire à bulles. Repas du soir au restaurant. Service impeccable, très pro. C'était délicieux ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est égalemen très complet.

Un hotel de charme avec son architecture si etonnante. On se croirait véritablement sur l eau. Tout etait merveilleux et chaque petit detail et attention on fait de cet hotel une pépite. Tout y est plus beau que sur internet et pourtant le temps etait au brouillard et au froid.. L offre coconing a su nous envelopper de chaleur alors n hésitez pas et aller découvrir ce petit coin de paradis.
