Hôtel confortable et assez standard, dans un endroit calme de la ville basse, à deux pas du funiculaire qui permet de rejoindre la gare. Je veux surtout pointer les exceptionnelles gentillesse et générosité du jeune homme qui m'a accueilli à mon arrivée tardive, et a été aux petits soins pour moi.

Spartiate et pas franchement bon marche. Une chambre d’environ 11-12m2, un lit simple, la douche directement dans la chambre… et une isolation phonique assez catastrophique : on entend littéralement la conversation de la chambre à côté! Ceci dit bien placé, proche du centre ville.

wir waren für zwei Tage in Neuchâtel und übernachteten im Hotel des Arts. Das Hotel liegt gut, direkt am See, die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurant, den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber haben alles was man brauch, sogar einen kleinen Schreibtisch für die die beruflich da sind, eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasser, einzig einen Safe sucht man vergebens. Alles ist sauber , auch das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Büffet, klein aber fein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. was wir auch sehr schätzten ist, dass man gratis sein Auto direkt vor dem Hotel parken kann. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war, dass es sehr laut war, wenn man mit offenem Zimmer schlafen möchte, es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Personnel très sympatique. Chambre simple, bien entretenue. Nous étions sous les toits c'était parfait pour la période (octobre). Peut être que des moustiquaires seraient les bienvenues afin de pouvoir laisser le vasistas ouvert la nuit. Le déjeuner était parfait. Très varié et très bon. On y retourne volontiers.

L'emplacement de cet Hôtel est très pratique, on peut rejoindre le centre ville de Neuchâtel via une belle balade au bord du lac. Toutefois, vu le prix, nous nous attendions à des finitions plus "haut de gamme". En effet, pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres (une petite carte d'info nous conseillant de ne pas tenir la lumière allumée en même temps que les fenêtres....pratique avec plus de 30°....), pas de climatisation mais de banal (et peut-être vieux) ventilateur très bruyant ! Vu le tarif demandé, il me semble que de modernes dyson silencieux, ne serait pas un luxe... D'autres petits détails, genre un cheveu dans le lit, machine a café automatique genre cantine...etc...etc.. qui montrent que cet hôtel propose un tarif bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité offerte pas très “tenu” , tout ça dans un décor très 70’s un peu vieillissant... Bref, une vraie déception, on ne gardera pas un bon souvenir de ce passage

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, man spricht auch etwas deutsch, sehr hilfreich. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung (blaue Markierung). Alles wichtige in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad angenehm groß und renoviert, Bad modern mit begehbarer Dusche. Sehr kleiner Fahrstuhl nur für 2 Personen und Gepäck. Zimmer zum Innenhof wählen, es ist ruhiger und so kann man das Fenster nachts geöffnet lassen. Das Frühstück für 15,- Franken ist sehr bescheiden, auch mit Wartezeiten am Kaffeeautomat. Evtl. weglassen.
