10 out of 10. A wonderfully relaxed, friendly hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff members. Thé breakfasts are extraordinary with boundless choice and new choices every day. Thé restaurant where breakfast is held is a joy to wake up to. Our room had a large balcony with à fantastic sea view. Thé rooms are cleaned regularly . It is only 20 minutes walk from Old Nessebar . I'm so glad we chose this hotel and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the rooms to the incredible service. Staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Easily the best stay in Nesebar!

Yhe best experience I've had on Bulgariaan seaside. This is the place where you get only positive vibes. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is positive, supportive and creates amazing holiday mood. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are diverse and very delicious. Everyday there's some event. The children playground is clean and always available. Definitely going there again .... many times!

Moved to this hotel after a nightmare stay at the hotel I booked with Jet2. This hotel is lovely. Room is perfect, stunning sea views, comfortabke, nice little touches in room, water, wine, biscuits, sweets, slippers etc. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. The old man, not sure if he is the owner or member of staff, helped me with luggage, and was always very nice and kind. Food in restaurant very good and very reasonable prices. Tried the salt therapy during my stay too, did help my bad head a little , but think could do with better chairs as too low and maybe some reaxing low music playing like others ive been to. Not sure if actually enough salt in there to make difference as other places i use the floors, walls and ceilings are all salt like caves whereas this one is just panel on wall. Think really floor should be salt too . Will definitely recommend this hotel to my travel agents friends in uk for anyone wanting to visit Bulgaria. Nessebar is definitely the nicer part.

Best hotel in Nessebar. Every time, every think is perfect. Staff is very smiley and caring about you. Very clean. Good vibes everywhere. Perfect location in centre of the city and first lineI in the same time. I feel incredibly and changed after my visit here.

This is the first and only hotel where upon arrival I was greeted with home-made bread and honey. It's a Bulgarian tradition but not practiced at large resorts.
