I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the apartment I booked through *********** Firstly, I must emphasize my disappointment with the consistently unsanitary state of the pool, which only improved after I brought it to your attention when I notified the owner the reply was “no one told us” the service was not fit for purpose but still being charged for the facilities. Additionally, the broken ladder for the pool and the deplorable condition of the pool loungers' cushions were utterly disappointing. Inside the apartment, I encountered an infestation of ants, which greatly detracted from the overall experience. It would have been reasonable to expect basic amenities such as washing powder, especially considering the presence of a washing machine. The sliding doors in the shower were also not up to standard when every time you try to close/open on them would almost fall off The only redeeming features were its central location and the presence of a balcony and terrace. However, given the price I paid for this accommodation, I honestly think the standard should have been significantly higher. I uploaded this review to *********** where the next day I received a very unprofessional text from management telling me “never to book with us again” “I’m not welcome” if a business/management can’t handle negative reviews then they really should not be working with the public, I had every right as a paying customer to express my issues.
