先説優點：設施新 暖氣足
缺點：衞生打掃差，定了兩間房，一間馬桶圈上有黃色尿漬，另一間馬桶圈上有黑點和毛髮。這種要重點打掃的區域都不做清潔，連清理都不做，更別提會一客一消毒。
其它區域的衞生情況可想而知，整體衞生看上去過得去是：全靠東西新。
賓館異味大，有濃重下水返味的情況。
非常吵，夜裡大車不停的過，夜深人靜你想安穩睡覺需要不怕噪音巨大。
沒有電梯，不適合行李多，或腿腳不利索的老年人入住。
