Seascape Apartment

Outstanding stay. The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. When I arrived it only took a minute or two to gain access to the property. I was greeted by Mr. Robin who explained the in's and out's and the security protocol. I was given a key for gate that was secure at all times. While I was waiting for Mr. Robin to complete my registration Ms.Carol entered the office and gave me a few tips about the island which was much appreciated. The room has all the comforts of home, full kitchen with utensils etc.,full bathroom and dining area. Mr. Robin and Ms. Carol treated me like I was family and I enjoyed my three day stay and I will be a returning guest in the near future.

STAY AWAY this establishment is not credible. Upon arriving into Montego Bay airport, I received a call from establishment demanding I pay an additional 800.00us. I booked my stay six weeks prior. This ruined my vacay. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY .

I had a booking with them . Had confirmation and reference #. Room was paid in full and when i arrived I was told they had no room for me. The man was beyond rude and didn't even attempt to solve the problem. Extremely unprofessional and it was a terrible experience. I had to scramble to find my own room somewhere else in Negril. Still have not gotten my money back. Disgusting
