Let me start off with the front end staff cant recall there names however very pleasent to deal with super friendly and nice. Then there is my Doreen the lady that cleans my room. Spectacular lady never can I complain about her cleaning ever friendly and polite helpful in whatever suggestions I ask for. Then I have to shout out my chef gerett if it's not him preparing My meal I eat out last but not least is the bartender and the young security that was on duty the night of the hurricane. My hats off to you all, because of your service I am always willing to come back to this cozy quite hotel.

Stop sleeping on this hotel. My go to everytime I'm in Negril. Staff is exceptional friendly. Breakfast is better than most hotels on the *****. Rooms are good. Very Quiet but just cross the street for the beach for your excitement. Jamaican owned. .

My wife and I had the loveliest stay, got home last night and we miss it already. Beautiful old hotel, friendly helpful staff, perfect pool, included breakfast all just across the street from one of the worlds most beautiful beaches, what more could you ask for? We will be back .

I have travelled to 32 countries with my stays in hotels. This is one of the best in all aspects but it receives above 100% in PERSONALIZED CARE. Customer service is above excellence. Budget and eco-friendly. The staff: Latoya, Garrett, Ashley, Doreen as well all the grounds-keepers [did not get their name] are beyond personably and kind. Each staff enquires about ones well-being on every contact. The owner is humble and unassuming. I only knew who was the owner even though I had seen him assisting in the maintenance of the pool on a previous day when I told the manager that I would like to compliment the owner on the friendliness, courteousness and smiling staff. He is very unassuming and down- to- earth. Lunch and dinner are prepared individually when ordered. The food is delicious, well-prepared, nutritious and elegantly arranged .Garret the chef is top of the line. There are 2 choices for breakfast, Jamaican or American. As a Jamaican I ordered Jamaican and was in 6th heaven. Rooms are clean. We wanted Rum and Raisin ice cream one night for dinner and they were out of that flavor. Yet they went in the rain to 2 stores to get us the ice cream and brought it to our room. We were offered coconut water and jelly free of cost which is grown on the property. The staff all express their love for the job. The property is well-secured, only patrons are allowed on the property. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Negril.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The grounds are well kept, the breakfast was good, the staff were nice. The interior of the room needs updating. The two biggest disappointments were the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the extremely hard mattresses. I didn’t mind cleaning up the bathroom, although I shouldn’t have to, but my back hurt every morning from mattresses that felt like stone. I would return in the future if there was a guarantee of softer mattresses.

Budget friendly hotel that offers free breakfast. The good: friendly customer service, front dest employee is knowledgeable and nice. love love love their coffee, breakfast is a choice of America or Jamaican and a plate of fruit, however it's cook to order meaning it has a wait time. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. The balcony was nice with a table and three chairs. The bad: The rooms is dated, has sand fleas, dresser drawers about to fall out or stuck and the AC needs to be cleaned/service. However the bed and pillows were soft. The TV remote did not cut the TV off, I was told to push the off button manually. The iron was horrendous. The gym was dirty with rusty equipment. If you looking for a budget friendly place to sleep and take a shower and head out, then I recommend. My goal was to explore Negril and visit local places, not to stay in the room. The Grocery and drug store is in walking distance. The beach is across the street. Although some work and updates are very much needed, I would use again.

Lovely hotel very well kept and clean. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Beach towels offered for use. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff very polite and helpful. Water in fridge on arrival complimentary toiletries. Plenty of sockets to charge phones etc. outside spaces well kept as was pool area and bar

Beautiful setting away across the road from the bustle that is 7 mile beach. The rooms were comfortable and we especially liked our patio with a view of the pool. They have lovely landscaping. Only critique was very limited hot water for the showers, and not all the gym equipment worked. Friendly and helpful staff.
