Finding the property was easy. When I got to the property, the receptionist, I don't think she understood the assignment. I was feeling exhausted from the distance of traveling only to hear they couldn't find my reservation. There was little to no empathy displayed from her. The room is very spacious and the area was very quiet. It's located to a lot of places you can go to chillax and eat.

The place initially had ac amd internet, but both went out after my husband arrived. He was staying at this hotel due to the recent hurricane stopping his electricity and they said they had electricity. When I attempted to contact the supervisor about changing his room , I continuously got hung up on and the front desk rep stopped answering my calls. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, and my family and i would never stay here again.

We were told directly that the hotel is wheelchair accessible. I cannot say this loudly enough: It IS NOT and they cold lied straight to my face. We were forced to change rooms to a one bed room when we didn't want to share a room but it was the only one with a "ramp". Ramp for one set of stairs but there's a second and no ramp for that. Ramp was so steep my chair slid down it and because it's an electric travel chair, 50lbs of steel folded in around me. I'm still in pain days later. It took them FOUR days to move on fixing up any kind of ramp at all. The "buffet" consists of 5 or 6 unseasoned items and a lot of cabbage. The swim up bar was not stocked or staffed. The pool is dirty. The general attitude of staff is "that's a you problem" They ran out of ice for drinks, ran out of mix for drinks, ran out of propane to cook food. Every single meal was served at least an hour late. There was zero entertainment that we saw, That's a long time when you're hungry. My husband went to get a drink and was told to wait. He stood there for 15 mins while staff chatted and then finally with a very begrudging attitude someone finally gave my husband a drink. We were supposed to stay 13 days but left on day 5 it was more than enough torture for a "vacation". Steve, the driver is excellent. Sherice the masseuse is excellent. The beach is a small area but beautiful. The sunsets are epic.

pas d'eau de la semaine et pas de piscine et pas de jacuzzi. Ce problème était déjà présent depuis quelques jours avant mon arrivée selon une autre voyageuse. j'y suis allée déjà je me contente de peu quand la plage est superbe mais pas pouvoir se laver convenablement j'aurais jamais imaginée vivre cela. Cet hôtel manque d'entretien depuis un certain temps .en janvier dernier une amie n'avait pas eu ces problèmes.
