Pros: We were a group of 7 in the Firesky reserve villa. This is an awesome splurge as you're only 20 feet away from your reserved beach spot on the nicest beach in all of Jamacia. There's not a lot of people walking around this part of the resort, and the beach set ups are very far apart so you're not hearing conversations of the nearby guests. Having the giant cooler there on the beach is super convenient. We noticed that there were far fewer kids at this Beaches compared to Beaches T&C which was great with us. Our kids ages 21,20, 18,17,17. THey had a blast, the club for them was great in the evenings and there were many other kids in their age group to hang out with. Our 3rd floor balcony became the after club hang out which was fine with us. The food overall was pretty good, this was our 12th Sandals/Beaches trip and for the grown ups the food was a bit more in the kid friendly range that we would prefer, but the kids loved it all. This room class comes with a free private boat trip on the Beaches dive boat, so we were able to extend that to a day of diving at Ricks and snorkeling in the caves. The kids really loved diving those cliffs, we couldn't wait to get them back on the boat lol. In this room there is also one night when they set up a grill in your yard next to your pool and prepare a meal. This was a very nice touch, and we were lucky there was no rain. Other pros, the room cleaning people were on point, they were in the room 2X sometimes 3 to keep the dishes clean, the beds ready, and to clean up the occasional mess which happens with that much consumption of alcohol. We used the 24 hour room service often, and they were fast whenever we needed something. One more thing, my wife and I are wine drinkers and there's a separate wine fridge that was very, very cold. We love our wine and champagne cold. Cons: all. minor but. When coming to Negril one of the best parts is the sunset over the ocean. We really like that part of it. Sunset ran from about 6:15 to 6:45. Our reservations for dinner daily were all pre-booked for 6 or 6:30 daily. We asked the butlers to change this but they were unable. We are used to butler rooms in Sandals where these kinds of reservations don't apply to us really. So on this trip we had to have the butlers bring the food to the room which can be fine, but a challenge to execute that well for 7. If I were to do it again i would have put on the preference sheet: No dinner starts before sunset complete. Secondly, the balconies which have amazing views of the ocean, have no roofs, they are pergolas. Whomever made that decision on the design team should be fired. So during our stay, there was some rain most afternoons. This meant, you could not be on the balconies, and all the cushions would get wet so that evening when it wasn't raining your shorts got swampy. The only other thing I would say is that the journey to and from beaches is a long and arduous one. The private transfers are
