Wonderful resort with super friendly staff. I was shocked at how many staff members remembered our names. We love Romaine, the fitness instructor. He was friendly, accommodated our fitness needs & always on time The entertainment staff was great. Ruth, Izzy, Brianna, Oday& Sky were all lively & great dancers & singers. We especially enjoyed the water show, silent disco & the Steel Drum band. We loved our swim out room, but the water was way too hot. The managers, including Melissa & Sheldon, were visible & interacted with the guests & made us feel welcome & appreciated. Michael, in the Loyalty & Travel dept, was great to work with & has a million dollar smile. Our room attendant did a nice job & kept our room nice & clean. The only complaint I have is that the service was super slow at the main pool bar & it didn’t seem very crowded. And, the hot swim out pool Other than that, the food, staff, & accommodations were wonderful! Thank you!

Best Sandals experience so far. 4th sandals experience. 5th time in Jamaica and this place is by far the best. Shout out to my man Orlando who has made sure our vacation was the best of a lifetime. Every layer of customer service was amazing. Many thanks 😀

The entertainment team is amazing The games at the pool the Day time show by the pool is amazing especially the night time show.we never met a team with so much energy. The water show and the retro show was our favorite. Also shout our to king James sandals negril is so lucky to have a young and talented guy like king James his dancing the way he move is just top notch. We enjoyed our vacation when king James is around..we will definitely be back next year .

This is my 3rd time to Sandals Negril The staff, food and service excellent! Some of the staff that made our vacation memorable is Phillip from Sundowners Restaurant. Exceptional restaurant and service. And, we absolutely love Trevolyn and Brandon from Perla and the pool bar. We had the Best time with family and friends. The Beach is Beautiful. The sunsets are stunning! The food was delicious. Our room was cleaned and stocked daily. We’ll be back again for sure!

If Sandals Negril were just about location, food, and beach, it would still be good. But because of Trevolyn, Melisa, Dayna, Rochelle, Terri Ann, Kerianne, Dillon, Chantay, Blu, Odane, Ashley, Sanjay, Tristen, Josh, Emron, Robin, Richard, Delton, Garry, Glenrick, Samantha, Francia, Rihanna, Joshua, Keron, Sasha, and Jeffrey, it’s unforgettable. They are the reason we’ll return—not just to a resort, but to a family. Everything was amazing. Upon arrival at Sandals NEGRIL we were greatest and our luggage was delivered to our room. Our first drink was provided and we were escorted to our room. Orlando C was our concierge and our every need was attended to many times without us asking. If you have the opportunity to travel ask for Orlando C he is the absolute best. Dinner reservations reserved seating at the swim up bar everything we could possibly think of was taken care of for us. The entire staff was amazing but Orlando C was the best!

We had an unforgettable experience at Sandals Negril! The entertainment team was truly outstanding, especially King James. He was sincere, professional, and made a lasting impression on us. His energy and genuine personality really elevated our stay. One of the things we loved most about the resort was its intimate setting, which made it easy to connect with other guests. We met some wonderful people during our stay, and it felt like we were part of a close-knit community rather than just another group of tourists.
