I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room. Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

The room is okay, but the air conditioner is too noisy, and the heating and cooling are a bit abnormal. I have reported it to the hotel staff, and he said that it will be improved. This price is a good deal. It's just that the swimming pool is not suitable for children.

The hotel is located in a relatively narrow alley, which is not very convenient for travel. It is suitable for hotel guests. The room is large, the hygiene and facilities are average, and the professionalism of the service staff needs to be improved. I caught a flight in the morning and didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. However, the scenery of the hotel is first-class. The booked big bed room has become a standard room. It doesn't matter because it is a transfer night! The front desk of the hotel was very warm, although it was a little problem, but with the help of Ctrip, it was solved quickly! The hotel is very simple, simple, cool! The facilities in the room are basically complete, but there is no toothbrush. It is good to bring it. After getting up in the morning, I found that the passengers are basically European and American passengers. Two swimming pools, one is attached to the lagoon, the scenery is good! Breakfast was good, because I only stayed in Sri Lanka for one night, so there is no comparison with other hotels! The view is really good!

This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

Overall the service is good. Udi the owner is very welcoming & ensure the guest is comfortable & safe. He is very informative. I like to seek his recommendation coz he think of the person safety & ensure we spend worth.

The hotel has a great environment and breakfast. The locals are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. The hotel is not far from the beach. We want to go to the beach, the front desk sister called the tutu car, and the service attitude is very good.

The swimming pool is open from 7 am to 8 pm. The service is good and the people are nice. Everyone needs to bring a passport when checking in. The sea outside the hotel is not very clean. I didn't go in. If you want to go surfing, the sea in the southern province is cleaner.

It was spicy but very delicious. Hotel tuk 🏨 I think the tuk is expensive. I had money troubles. I went shopping at the place I asked for, and it took a long time because the cash register was crowded. I was charged an astonishing amount. ,, I asked why, but the answer was difficult to understand. A little disappointing. It is better to discuss the money with the owner before using it. I paid for this hotel booking site and stayed at the hotel I was charged for my stay. I showed the image of the receipt from the app, explained it, and asked for a refund. I made a bill payment together with a tuk-tuk, Because the tuk tuk was priced high for reasons I don't understand I didn't get the full amount paid for the hotel. The owner didn't know I had paid. and answered. Why did you make a reservation by paying with a card from the app site? It was a pity that it was difficult to understand whether it was answered like that and what kind of mechanism it is 😢
