King Badr pyramids inn

In general, I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel because it had an airport transfer and was reasonably priced, but I was completely disappointed. When I sent a message to the hotel before my stay, they asked me for $10 for transportation even though the airport transfer was free. I had to accept it considering the airport location and landing time, and in the end they took $10 from me. I contacted Trip.com and thankfully they returned my $10 in coins, for which I would like to thank Trip.com's customer service again. Apart from that, I don't know many foreign languages, and although I tried to communicate by translating, we couldn't get along. I was shown my room with a welcome drink and went to my room. But I wasn't given any information about the room. There was no air conditioning temperature setting, but there wasn't even a receptionist to help, I guess he was sleeping in a closed room. I decided to go out to get what I needed, the door was locked and I couldn't find anyone, but there was a key next to the door, I opened the door with it, completed my shopping and locked it again. There were almost none of the promised services in the room. And I think I was the only guest staying at the hotel, there was no one else, and despite that, they gave me a bad room with a city view, even though they promised me a room with a mountain view, namely a pyramid view. The breakfast and terrace were not bad, and the price was reasonable. I don't recommend this hotel. It was a complete disappointment for me. Especially when there are much better ones for the same price.
