Spa Hotels in Natal

The hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

A truly five star experience. We are here to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthdays this weekend. The whole family, Danish and Brasilien together. We are 14 combined, sisters, brothers, children, husbands, wifes and grandmother. After a 4 hour drive from Recife to Natal, we finally arrived here at Ocean Palace Natal. What a place! Situated right on the beach, its the perfect place to celebrate my wife this weekend. The food and drink is to die for. The staff is brilliant and the hotel manager is a real gentleman. WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

I booked the hotel to bring my mom so she could enjoy the stay after a cancer treatment during the Brazilian winter. The room is really nice, the staff is great, and the hot tub was a big reason to choose the hotel. But we could not use it as Vogal doesn’t have hot water (stayed in 2 rooms and had the same issue). It was challenging to take a shower, as the water at best was not freezing - not even warm. I’m vegan and informed it upon arrival so the kitchen could be prepared. I was informed it was not an issue. But breakfast was almost impossible and for the exception of my second night, there were almost no options to eat dinner - surely not worth paying for the food if you are vegan. Natal has great vegan options in many restaurants. If you are ok with no hot shower and a cold tub (Which should be fine in summer around here) it has nice amenities and very well trained staff. They were very polite when I complained about paying for 6 meals and having a hard time with 5 of them, explained to me what they would do internally só future guests didn’t have the same issue and how their policy is to not give a discount so too bad I could not eat. Went to my room to eat some peanuts.

The staff are absolutely amazing – so kind and always happy to help. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool/restaurant area is just stunning, especially in the evening with the gorgeous decorative lights everywhere and the traditional Brazilian touches that create such a fantastic atmosphere. And the food is incredible, both for dinner, lunch and breakfast! We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Natal.

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family at the sister property Pontalmar Praia Hotel, which had its amenity areas under remodelling so most of our hotel time was spent at Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort. Management was unified for the 2 properties so I'd assume the same treatment would be given if the situation I'm describing below happened at Rifoles: we had a 2-room reservation at Pontalmar -aveerage accommodation, decent breakfast, very poor internet connection. O the 2nd day my oldest son noticed that 2 Hurley board shorts were missing. Hotel could not provide any resolution: front desk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when someone from Rifoles was pulled in. She assured us that the hotel would get back in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Pontalmar Praia Hotel.

The hotel is located on the sea side, which is great, it has a very good leisure area, but a very simple, and weak breakfast. And another negative thing is the same to charge a daily $20 per day for the parking, and the same belongs to the hotel itself, which, in my opinion, does not make sense, because it should be a right of the host.

This is definitely a hotel to go with kids and family. Kids are free to play all the time at the pools and the beach and enjoy family time. This is not a luxury hotel, but definitely a very comfortable place to have family holidays near the beach. The views are the best. You can view the ocean at all times, with the sounds of the waves. Beautiful. The food is very good and at all times. The hotel people work hard to meet everyone requirements. I think plastic plates and mugs are perfect for the hotel characteristics. Will suggest to do the same for the ice-cream and deserts to avoid plastic flying with the winds.

The hotel restaurant is very good, the breakfast is amazing, the night is very pleasant in the hotel restaurant with a fantastic view of the sea and the whirlpool.
