The rooms have a fridge, beds, little bench area with a sink and bathroom. It's a little back from the beach, you need to cross a very busy road and walk downhill, which makes it harder in the afternoon, as to get back from the beach you then need to walk uphill. It has two entrances at either end of the building. They have a small kitchen where guests can prepare meals. It's close to supermarkets and food trucks and some restaurants. About a 20 minute walk from a small shopping small. I thought it was a bit expensive for what they were charging. You are also at the southern end of Natal, very far from Centro. I visited in December and accommodation was limited. I'd stay again if it was about 30% cheaper. Reception also only operates limited hours.

Cheap and cheerful hotel about 10 or 15 minutes from Ponta Negra. Friendly staff, spacious rooms but basic and dated, but for the price it's more than adequate.

The hotel is OK, breakfast needs to improve quite. I had no whispering, cheese, yorgote ... simple things that need to be observed. Location of the hotel is great. is on a street from the edge. Tot more.

O quarto em que ficamos tem um acabamento e estética super simples, mas tem tudo que propõe. O pessoal da recepção é extremamente atencioso, todos da equipe sempre foram muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. As camas são confortáveis, fogãozinho 4 bocas, a geladeira congelou praticamente tudo que colocamos (mesmo na potencia 2/5), a TV é uma smart simples com canais abertos na antena, mas que em muitos hotéis não há essa opção. O chuveiro não é tão potente na pressão da água, temperatura oscila um pouco (mas tomei quase todos os banhos frios por opção). A área de café da manhã e piscina são muuito bonitinhas, bem aconchegantes. O café da manhã com variedade suficiente pro valor. Só me incomodou um pouco o fato do controle do ar condicionado ficar na recepção e ele ser ligado através de um interruptor no quarto. No exemplo de ficar frio de madrugada, ficava um pouco inconveniente essa dinâmica, ainda mais pra mim que tenho filho pequeno. Acho que valeria o investimento em mais controles. Elevador com capacidade pra cinco pessoas, mas os andares são poucos e baixos, qualquer pessoa sem necessidade especial, dá conta de subir de escada, se precisar.
