Natal Hotels with Gym

The hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

E o café da manhâ? o que é aquilo gente? Amei de verdade! Quero agradecer aos funcionários que com muito carinho nos recepcionou e tiveram um grande carinho ao nos atender: A primeira foi a Francieli no almoço, um docê de menina, do bar, Chicão, Ivan, Wedson, no café Stefani Talita, Maria, Heloisa e Francinara, da sauna Angela e Dariel, Da limpeza dos banheiros Gilvan, Franklin Cesar e Wallace, do restaurante Italiano então, Rayane, Mikarla, Erick, Paulo,Talita,Carla,Fernanda, João, do restaurante Francês, Severino eEdson Rodrigues. Pessoas maravilhosas que contribuiram para nossa estadia e digo que tiveram mais pessoas que não anotei os nomes. Com certeza voltarei e gostaria de revé los

WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

The hotel is beautifully located, is a few meters from the Black Point beach, the hotel is very large, the reception service is very good. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The room where I stayed is very large and clean. But the room access card had always to go to the reception to activate again, even leaving the card away from other cards and mobile, it was a disorder because the hotel is big and the room I stayed was very far from the reception. You need to make a rest outside the hotel, paint, make a hair again.

I booked the hotel to bring my mom so she could enjoy the stay after a cancer treatment during the Brazilian winter. The room is really nice, the staff is great, and the hot tub was a big reason to choose the hotel. But we could not use it as Vogal doesn’t have hot water (stayed in 2 rooms and had the same issue). It was challenging to take a shower, as the water at best was not freezing - not even warm. I’m vegan and informed it upon arrival so the kitchen could be prepared. I was informed it was not an issue. But breakfast was almost impossible and for the exception of my second night, there were almost no options to eat dinner - surely not worth paying for the food if you are vegan. Natal has great vegan options in many restaurants. If you are ok with no hot shower and a cold tub (Which should be fine in summer around here) it has nice amenities and very well trained staff. They were very polite when I complained about paying for 6 meals and having a hard time with 5 of them, explained to me what they would do internally só future guests didn’t have the same issue and how their policy is to not give a discount so too bad I could not eat. Went to my room to eat some peanuts.

Hotel with excellent structure, service, a wonderful breakfast, without comment. I recommend without errors.

Excellent facilities... Although considered a 4* hotel I would give 5*. There is a very good breakfast with a variety of rooms. Modern rooms. Excellent sea view. 2 very fast lifts up and down. Payment parking, but 15,00R$ day. I liked it and recommended it very much.

The dissapointment started right at the checkin moment. It is supposed to happen at 2pm and rooms are not always ready for guests. Apart from that, I had to wait almost an hour to get my keys. The checkin process is way too complicated and the queue only gets bigger and bigger. For my first 2 nights stay the room was somehow decent, with an ocean view, but there was a leak from the AC in the middle of the room that no one seemed to care about. For my second one-night stay, they gave me the worst room possible, with a view to the ladder that people use to reach the beach. This means zero privacy! Also, the room smeled mold and you could see it here and there. Very old room, telephone didn`t work. Staff are not always nice, they seem to be very unhappy.

We spend 8 wonderful days at the hotel Praiamar, it is very well located, near everything. Comfortable rooms, clean every day, educated staff, careful, very good coffee. We love . I hope to come back. thank you.

Aquaria Natal is definitely the best choice we made. Great service, a room with beautiful views of the sea and the bald mountain. Super happy, I definitely want to go back there.
