Nashville Hotels with Airport pickup service

Beautiful resort. Wonderful staff and amazing Christmas activities. Our one conplaint is the cost. With the expense of the room they need to be more cost effective in other areas to help families out especially during these times. 45 per day for parking is extreme and the food prices were priced 45 percent higher then most other food in the area. Other then that amazing time with my wife.

The Airport Marriott is one of my favorite hotels. Its modern, clean, the staff are super friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks on site or you can order room service and the food is delicious. This particular trip they gave me a free upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel when you're in Nashville. It's worth the money to stay here and Uber downtown if necessary.

This was the most disappointing stay I have ever had with Marriott. To advertise this hotel as a Gaylord hotel would be consider fraud and extremely misleading to a customer. I have stayed at the Gaylord in Washington DC and Nashville, this hotel or should I say motel is not even close to a Gaylord standard or even the Marriott standard of hotels. The bathroom is smaller than a half bathroom. Our room is outside on the third floor, never have I stayed at a Marriott with outside rooms. When the air condition turns on it sounds as if it is moving the entire room. Wanted a drink in my room and the only cups were paper, not even a bottle of water in the room. Every Marriott hotel I stayed at had bottled water and real glasses. To be considered a Gaylord hotel and not provide these basic items, really!!!! When asked about checking out early to go to another property the manager, who is also working the front desk, told us we would be charged a full nights stay to check out early. I booked two rooms for our Easter break. Oh we can go to the real Gaylord across the street but the shuttle stops at 8pm Will never come here again and will never book a Gaylord hotel unless it is the actual Gaylord. Marriott please do better, and advertise your hotels appropriately.

Upon checking in things went smooth. It was quick and simple. The lady who checked us in was no smiles and honestly never looked as us directly. Never told us what our room number was I had to look on the envelope that our key coded cards were in. And also had to ask where the elevator was. Things she should have told us. Guess she was having an off day! No matter, once to our room it was nice even had a ceiling fan in the small desk/kitchen area. There were 2 beds but they were full sized!! We were expecting queens. There were 2 tvs and a couch. The room was very roomy for sure! Bed sheets smelled nice. Great water pressure in the shower. The beds were not comfortable, didn't sleep too well. So all in all I do not think that we would stay here again. Customer service needs upgraded or trained better and full sized beds for 2 adults to sleep in just isn't a good idea!

The reason why it was so good is due to the excellent ,”hands-on approach”, Manager, Mr Tolbert, who was so friendly yet professional. We arrived too early for normal check-in confused by the time zones, but we were made so welcome, thank-you! All of his staff seemed really happy, enjoying their jobs, and were so helpful. We felt looked after, especially by Tiffany who gave me some great suggestions about where to go in the area. Remember that you need the room key to get out of the rear secured carpark. Room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, and everything worked just as it should. The food was the usual Drury fare and was fine for a few nights stay. We did not eat out as the evening meal was just enough. We liked the 3 free drinks each per evening. The swim-through pool looked nice with sections inside and out, but didn't use.. The gym was small but very clean with wipes and towels. We used the number 18 bus which goes to Downtown for S2 return from right outside the hotel. It loops around Downtown so check out the route online (wegotransit) for the return bus stop but it is so easy.

Overnights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem. I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid. I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times. I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.

Best beds ever, great hotel. Amazing, nice staff. We always stay here and enjoy it every single time. They are currently under construction and we cannot wait to come back and see what is newly renovated to make this place even better. Best hotel beds ever!

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious everything was nice and comfortable. All of the staff was great. The towels were very soft, and the showers were very spacious and clean. The refrigerator actually kept my beer and food very cold.
