The room is large and even three people can stay there without feeling cramped. There is a small balcony and the air conditioner is quiet (which is hard to find in American hotels). It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. There are complete washing supplies, but there are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to bring your own. The American breakfast is the same as always, and the waiter is very enthusiastic.

The location of the hotel is good, you can see Vanderbilt University from the window, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Vanderbilt University, including waiting for the red light.
The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a suite with a living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The unexpected surprise is that the hotel has a free dinner before 7:00 p.m. The dishes are simple, including salad, cheese, local porridge and fried rolls, etc., but there is free flow of beer and red wine, as well as live performances by singers. It is indeed a city of music hotel. The hotel provides coffee and boiled water for free all day, but there is no free bottled water.

Welcome to Best Western Plus Music Row!
Whether it’s the Nashville Convention Center that guests need to be near or the Bridgestone Arena, staying at the right Nashville hotel can make everything easier.
Stay just one mile from downtown and Music Row to ensure that no last minute concert, outing or restaurant opening is missed. There are endless options just a stroll away, but given the comfort of this Nashville hotel, many guests prefer to linger for a while. Maybe it’s the decadent free breakfast with your favorites, like hot waffles and sweet pastries paired with bottomless Arabica coffee. Maybe it’s the free Internet or Tempurpedic beds that demand sleeping in. Perhaps it’s the state of the art exercise room, or the business center where keeping on task is a breeze that lures guests to stay awhile.
However, being near downtown and Music Row means a few nights out are a must. Enjoy free parking at this Nashville hotel and be walkable or a very short cab ride away from the city center. With reasonable rates for downtown, guests have plenty of vacation funds left over to live it up.
The Rayman Auditorium is close by, and the country music festival Fan Fair can’t be missed. Close to all recording studios like RCA, music lovers will be in paradise when staying here. However, sports fans can indulge in hockey and football games to shake things up. Staying for a while? Extended stays are made simpler with a fridge and microwave in all rooms. Plus, being so close to downtown means guests need a little longer to take it all in.
Friendly staff members epitomize southern hospitality and are happy to offer insider tips on the best restaurants, venues and attractions. Music Row is a great start, but there are many secrets downtown has to offer.
Book a stay at Best Western Plus Music Row in the heart of downtown! Enjoy your stay.

The room is big, the bed is big, the hygiene is good, the location is a little far from the city center, about half an hour's walk, but the price is right. The price-performance ratio is good

Excellent
GGuest User'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.
GGuest UserI normally have good things to say about this hotel. In recent visits, I have had more complaints.
1. Some of the rooms are damp and have mold around the windows and ac units.
2. Some have moisture in the linens and beddings (bed feels wet…towels feel undried.
3. They have regulars here that are starting to be rude and just act like they don’t care. They will stand in front of YOUR door smoking, talking and playing music as if they don’t have a door to do that in front of.
4. Went into a room that was dirty AF and smelled wet.
5. The staff is still A 1. They are friendly and do their best to accommodate you and fix the issue you are having to the best of their ability.
6. Amanda and KT are simply the sweetest ever. I appreciate them trying to handle everything and still smiling!! None of the staff has EVER been rude.
7. THE POOL IS OUT OF SERVICE!
GGuest UserMy wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.
RReedPWe have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get.
It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down.
🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful.
🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it.
Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.
GGuest UserOvernights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem.
I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel.
Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid.
I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times.
I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.
AAlways&ForeverVacationsA wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main *****s. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.
GGuest UserBooking was translated incorrectly from travel agent to hotel, assigned us to a room with 2 Queen beds after purchasing (for an upcharge) a Standard King room. The hotel staff was able to accommodate, which was great. The room itself was relatively clean, however the refrigerator was not cleaned out and we had to dispose of the previous guest's leftovers. The pool was also closed for the season, which was a bummer for sure... even if we just wanted to hang out outside, the only seating options were 2 seats meant for smoking. I understand it would be difficult to prevent people from using the pool if it was closed, but an alternative outdoor seating option would've been nice.
Other then that, the location had convenient access to downtown Nashville and was proximal to some very cute hole-in-the wall bars and restaurants. Not an unpleasant stay, would still come back (for a 3rd time) if the pool was open. The rooms were equipped with both refrigerator and microwave and were more spacious that other chains I've stayed at. The price was amiable as well, given the lack of amenities.
GGuest UserWas in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.
