Very good, neat and clean, staffs are very helpful and co-operative, prompt services. Restaurant( udupi tadka) staffs are also helpful and understand the need of customer and prepare/serve the food accordingly. Reception staff are helpful and guided me nicely during my stay. Thanks to all, specially to mr. Kunal(reception. I am one of your regular customer for flight booking, car booking and hotel booking. It can be checked from your records also. Thank you for considering discount but how i will get the discount, please inform. Could you please credit the amount in the account number from where it was paid.

The hotel is conveniently located to be able to reach all places of spiritual interest to a pilgrim. One is also close to the commercial area. The rooms are big n spacious, well appointed, very hygienically maintained and the housekeeping staff is alert and ready to serve at all hours. The bathroom is small. The reception desk team is alert round the clock as people are leaving and arriving at all odd hours from their pilgrimage to the divine Jyotirlinga's. The best part is that they have a 24hour restaurant in the basement and their staff is courteous and eager to serve. We also ordered a take away breakfast at dinner time and it was freshly prepared when we had to leave early morning. We are happy to recommend it to everyone visiting Nashik.

nice rooms, good location, courteous staff and good food options. just 1 small thing if they can add: WiFi available only to use on Mobile and not laptop. This was the only downer
