Non merita le stelle che ha. Stanza piccola, bagno con odore un po' disturbante, scarico della doccia lento, televisore con schermo ridotto. Discreta la pulizia anche se in diversi punti "difficili" la polvere non manca. Un po' sperso nel nulla. Buono il parcheggio, personale gentile. Colazione standard, non molto curata. Secondo me rapporto qualità prezzo, scarso.

Unfortunately and I say unfortunately, because I have always been against reviews especially when there is something to criticize. But there is always a first time. We are in the Terni area for a bereavement. And we try to call this hotel and here we are Mr. Marco who is on duty at the reception. We accept the offer of the room even if the price is very high especially after seeing the room. More than 4 stars here maybe there is 1 star yes it is no room and furniture as old as 100 years ago but what 4 stars🤦. anyway everything is there and we get over it. The thing I cannot tolerate Unfortunately Mr. Marco at the reception rating 0. We arrive there and unfortunately after a difficult day. The Marco Phenomenon begins with some astonished jokes to say the least Even though our expression was not positive and the phenomenon continues beyond the jokes also the questions. I will stop here because it is long Thank you that I was in the company of a woman Otherwise I would have answered you and as if I would have answered you. Total disappointment. A piece of advice to the Data Phenomenon at the Horse Riding Club. The reception is not for you, forget it.

A little oasis
Great hotel with helpful staff. Lovely pool, clean and fresh presentation. Restaurant only served pizza on the night we stayed, but it was perfect with a carafe of local red wine.

Come da titolo, 4 stelle mi paiono troppe. OK che c’è la piscina (che si trova all’aperto, fruibile quindi solo d’estate) ma in generale considerando decoro di stanze & struttura, servizi ed assortimento della prima colazione 3 stelle sono a parer mio più adeguate. Nota positiva: molto cortese e disponibile il personale nella sua interezza.
