My wife had pre-booked the day before arrival and paid for a family room, as I was travelling with my Brother-in-Law. On first arrival it took us a while to find the doorbell but we were greeted in a friendly manner. On entering the foyer I was asked for my credit card. We were also advised that there would be no food offered and we were pointed in the direction of Narbonne, fair enough as we had arrived after 19:00. There was no offer of breakfast though :( The first room we were shown had a double bed, not what was booked. After a short clarification we were then shown the family room, in fact two linked rooms with a double bed in one, two singles in the other and a separate bathroom with shower, dual sinks and a large bath. Nicely decorated if a little quirky, but met our needs. In the morning I showed the hostess that I had a pre-paid booking with receipt, but from my limited French I got the impression that they had not received it. I therefore asked for a receipt for the payment she had taken on arrival, so that I could follow up with the company my wife had booked through, I did not get one. The excuse was that they would need to go to the office in the 'house'. We packed our bags and vacated our room. We did not rush to leave but nobody appeared with the requested receipt, or to wish us bon-voyage. I have since emailed several times requesting a receipt but have got absolutely no response. Their card payments are processed by SumUp and do not include the name of the property or their company name against the transaction and therefore verification of the second payment is in dispute. It is a nice place, the chap was friendly enough but the refusal to engage with me to resolve the double payment has soured what could have been a pleasant experience. I have stayed in many places in France, but this will not be one I will be returning to which is a shame.

Endroit spécial, tres beau jardin et piscine, mais déco chambres et lieux communs tres particulier( kitch) Elle dénote. Equipe sur place sympa, mas un peu bohème Rapport qualité prix: prix est surfait, dommage parce que tres beau potentiel.

Nous avons loué la salle pour un mariage, à notre arrivée, nous constatons une salle pas propre, les tables et les chaises sales et poussiéreuses nous n'avions rien pour nettoyer quand nous en parlons limite, ils nous agressent. Nous avons eu des coupures de courant pendant presque 2 heures, faut savoir que leurs installations ne sont pas aux normes pas la terre, fuites d'eau, l'équipe du traiteur se prenait des coups de jus... . Les propriétaires sont de mauvaise foi rien n'est de leurs fautes. L'après-midi pendant la séance photo, monsieur se balade avec son grand saint Bernard alors que des jeunes enfants sont présents. Ils sont restés toute la soirée aux abords de la salle à surveiller nos faits et gestes. Enfin, j'aurais tant à dire, mais je vais m'arrêter là. Ah si, ne vous fatiguez pas à me répondre et dites-vous bien, que vous avez de la chance qu'on ne contacte pas les services compètent à faire mettre aux normes votre établissement, faire payer 2 000 €, et même pas l'élégance de mettre quelques rouleaux aux toilettes. un conseil à fuir

A éviter absolument. Les gérants sont agressifs et absolument pas professionnels. Les chambres et surtout la literie sont dans un état lamentable. Le bruit de la climatisation est tellement fort qu'il empêche de dormir et si vous vous autorisez une remarque ou une question aux gérants, ils vous agressent!! La pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie!!

Nous avons assisté à un mariage dans ce domaine en juillet, l'extérieur est magnifique et idéal pour le vin d'honneur et les photos mais la salle de réception manque d'un bon coup de rajeunissement, d'entretien et de nettoyage. Bien dommage de ne pas avoir de climatisation dans le sud et manque vraiment d'éclairage : deux ampoules pour une salle entière on avait du mal à voir ce que nous avions dans les assiettes, les lustres ne sont là que pour la déco. L'accueil des propriétaires est aussi à revoir.

Lieux agréable, personnelle souriant et gentil nous y sommes allés pour un mariage tous ce passe bien jusqu'au moment où les parents des propriétaire m'ont agressé verbalement et physiquement( insulte , et ils m'ont jetez le sac de ma fille dans le visage vidéo a l'appui! !!!) . Par conséquent je dirai que ce lieu n'est pas à conseiller si vous souhaitez passer un agréablement moment !!!!!!
