Séjour de 2 nuits en pension complète payé 1600 euros environs. Réveil 6h30 car une fenêtre laisse passer la lumière du jour : « je vais parler de ce problème ». La fonction primaire d’un hôtel est de pouvoir bien y dormir !!! Bref, la coupe de champagne a bien été réglée … Hôtel qui manque de convivialité : piscine loin des lieux de vie comme le bar. Chambre sans âme. Poussière sur luminaires au niveau des suites juniors (dans le couloir) : de la 111 à la ? Faut lever la tête parfois. Y a t il encore des gouvernantes ?! Poussière sur un de nos lustre en chambre. Produits de douche à l’opposé du jet d’eau. Penderie trop courte pour que les robes soient pendues. Containers visibles de la piscine. Sommes nous réellement dans un 5 étoiles ? Uniquement sur le papier ! Points positifs : personnel agréable, petit déjeuner excellent et restaurant gastronomique à la hauteur de ce que devrait être ce type de lieu (sauf pour les vins : quand vous allez mangé chez Bernard Magrez (Bordeaux), le sommelier vous propose aussi « d’autres noms » que lui même !!!).

Lovely hotel: the grounds are well maintained, lots of flowers, great pool , the better rooms have a separate swimming pool with a sea view. Dining in Art de Vivre restaurant is a wonderful experience for food lovers. Excellent wine and a free wine tasting for guests. A special wine tour can be booked where you can taste very expensive wines and Alexander who does this tour is very enthusiastic and entertaining. A great stay and I will certainly return.

Seit unserem ersten Besuch von Narbonne versuchen wir diese Weinboutique zu besuchen. Die Gerard Bertran Gruppe ist wirklich groß aufgestellt. Da wir auf der falschen Zufahrt waren , wurden wir durch einen Zufall von einem Mitarbeiter zum Haupteingang geleitet. In der Boutique wurden wir geflasht von diesem Weinangebot. Traditionelle und ikonische Weine mit Preisen von 9 Euro bis 25000 Euro. Diese Weine sind toll und auch zum großen Teil sehr hochpreisig. Wir entschieden uns für 2 verschiedene Weine mit Preisen um die 16 Euro. Unser Herzenswunsch wurde erfüllt mit dem Besuch der Gerard Bertrand Boutique. Fazit: tolles Erlebnis, verkosten möglich und typisch gute Qualität von diesem Weinproduzenten. Wir kannten die Weine bereits aus Deutschland und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le château de l'hospitalet est sur la route de Narbonne plage, nous avons été déçus du cadre et des services de ce 5 étoiles, le propriétaire Gérard Bertrand devrait faire passer un client mystère afin de réaliser un diagnostic et surtout effectuer des travaux ......

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre superbe. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Mon mari et moi avons été surclassés dans une suite car le lit de notre première chambre était un peu trop mou pour mon dos de femme enceinte. L’équipe a tout de suite compris la situation et a réglé le problème sans frais supplémentaires. Mention spéciale pour les deux piscines chauffées à 28 degrés, un vrai plaisir ! Ils nous ont même déposés en voiturette pour m’éviter de marcher, étant enceinte de 8 mois. Autre bon point : des bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique sont disponibles gratuitement, ce qui est un vrai plus. Il n’y a pas de réseau mobile, mais le wifi fonctionne parfaitement bien dans tout l’établissement. Nous repartons ravis de cette belle expérience !

J’ai réservé en août 2024 pour octobre 2025 et c’est seulement au mois d’avril, soit 8 mois après la réservation qu’on m’appelle pour me dire qu’il faut annuler ma réservation car l’hôtel est privatisé pour un mariage. Des excuses sont présentées certes mais aucun dédommagement si solution ne sont proposés, seulement une autre date ou une annulation (remboursée car dans le délai) Il aurait été aimable par principe de nous trouver une solution de repli, et pas tout mettre sur la faute des réservations booking. Pour les prix affichés à l’établissement je trouve cela relativement limite

Великолепное шато, расположенное недалеко от города Нарбон. Принадлежит известному виноделу Жерару Бертрану. При отеле есть ресторан, отмеченный списком мишлен: я там ужинал и мне очень понравилось! Также при отеле есть спа (не пользовался), а также винодельня, где я, продегустировав, купил ящик вина.
