I saw a Google review that said bicycle rentals the next morning were free, but now it's only ¥500 for 24 hours.
As everyone has said, the sink is too small and very difficult to use.
Most amenities are provided, but no skin care products.
The only towels provided are one bath towel per person.
There are only two outlets in the room (sorry if I overlooked something...) so it may be useful to bring an extension cord or something.
I was a little worried about the lack of an emergency contact number for nighttime.
There are plenty of parking spaces nearby.
The coin park right next door costs ¥600 for 24 hours.
There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so the location is very good.

It was my first time to experience Japanese accommodation, perhaps the most unique experience in my life. The sanitary conditions are okay, but the bathroom is relatively small. The facilities are complete and Nara Station is nearby, so you can walk to the hotel with your luggage in a few minutes.

Perfect location.
Perfect location, as it's very close to the train station as well as the deer park. The room had everything you needed and a very comfortable bed. The communal ktchen area was excellent and again has everything you could possibly need and also a lovely eating area. Everything was perfect. The host was also very helpful and friendly.
Highly recommend staying here.
