Hotels in Central Station, Naples

Best experience in Napoli, loved everything about the staying in the hotel. Very friendly staff and amazing interior design. I was confused with the location, however the staff were very helpful to cone and show me the location and help with the parking. They located in a residential building, which gives local lifestyle vibes. There’s a daily local market outside the main entrance which was added value for me.

Great hotel, clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The view from balcony was amazing. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

The location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Not much experience in European hotels, but I’d imagine this is a typical business hotel with no frills. Basic room, basic service, breakfast to give you energy, but nothing more than that. The room had a moldy smell and was very basic. Location is very good if you need to access the central train station as it’s literally connected. It’s not a bad hotel for the price you pay and keep your expectations in line.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience staying here! Before arrival, Angel, our lovely host, contacted me in advance to confirm the check-in time and gave clear instructions on how to find the hotel, which made everything so smooth. The check-in process was quick and easy — and the best part, there was no late check-in fee, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from the central train station, and very close to all the main attractions. Public transport is also super convenient if needed. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything I needed. I felt right at home. I truly highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Angel, for the warm welcome!

Naples central station is only 5 minutes away and there are many good Italian restaurants near the hotel. I think the location is really good. Moreover, there is a direct bus from the central station to the airport, which only takes 20 minutes. I had an early morning flight and had no problem getting to the airport!

I think this shop is very good, but there are not many reviews, so I was quite worried at first. It is true that there are more black people near the railway station, but they have not affected others at all, and there is no problem. It may be difficult to find at the beginning. It is on the second floor after the entrance, but the decoration equipment inside is very new and beautiful. The reception is very good. There will be a map to explain to you where the hot spots are and how to go. Because we were going to the airport at 8 o'clock, we couldn't have breakfast, and we packed breakfast in the room one night in advance. Very sweet!

Hi, We were upgraded to their next door hotel. Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe. Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast. The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour... Overall: Good hotel, good facilities. Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.
