Kun italiensk betjening. Ikke et eneste ord engelsk muligt at receptionist. Ingen udsigt overhovedet selvom det indikeres i annonce. Morgenmad var basalt set kun kager. Ventilation kørte kun når man var hjemme.

We were very happy with our stay at Skyhouse Chiatamone. Very central, with very clean and modern rooms. We also liked the very high ceiling and the fact that we didn’t hear any of the other tenants, even though our room was next to the breakfast room. Parking is always a challenge in Naples, here we had a parking house just over the street. Fair enough it was scary how narrow the entrance was, but it all worked out. Even the price was a lot more ok than just a few meter further down the road. 25€ vs 40€ for a day. The only negative thing was that the owner forgot to send the code to use inside the building. Breakfast was included. Nothing wow, but quite ok - though much sweet stuff.

Davvero ottima la posizione, a poche decine di metri dal lungomare zona chiaia, vicinissimo a Castel dell'Ovo. Il palazzo non è recentissimo, ma il b&b è davvero bello. Poche camere, tutte arredate in maniera moderna e lineare. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. La colazione ottima ed abbondante. La signora che ci ha seguito mentre eravamo ospiti è di una gentilezza squisita. L'ho consigliato ad una coppia di amici ed anche loro l'hanno trovato assolutamente positivo.

Posizione sicuramente comoda ma prezzo e servizi non sono proporzionati. Partendo dalla stanza, abbasta spartana, ventose come appendini nel bagno, acqua calda non disponibile ed il gestore si giustifica dicendo che il boiler non ha acqua a sufficienza per tutti. Guarnizioni doccia che si staccano, manopole della doccia che restano in mano. Poi la colazione, buonissime le torte da pasticceria ma null’ altro, nulla per celiaci e/o intolleranti, nessuna proposta salata, nessun prodotto tipico. Climatizzatore con pile scariche Materasso più largo delle doghe Pulizia che lascia il tempo che trova Insomma, non vale ASSOLUTAMENTE il prezzo pagato

È situato nella via parallela al lungo mare all’altezza di Castel dell’Ovo. Nella via accanto ci sono sempre i tassisti stra disponbili e gentili con cui potete anche concordare una tariffa per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze lavorative e o turistiche, segnalo Giampaolo, è stato meraviglioso. Tornando allo skyhouse, pulitissimo, personale molto riservato, ma al bisogno disponibile, Emilia è stata un tesoro, molto cortese e sorridente. Così anche il ragazzo del turno della mattina di sabato 19.11. Docce stupende. Colazione varia e adeguata. Pur essendo in un palazzo storico, è molto moderno. La stanza è munita di piccola cassaforte per contenere documenti e portafoglio. C’è un Portiere cordiale e accogliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente con la mia famiglia.

Abbiamo avuto due camere silenziose, letti comodi, colazione con dolci appena fatti, cortesia e professionalità. GRAZIEEE di tutto. Ubicato al primo piano con ascensore e portiere, parallelo al mare, parcheggio a pagamento davanti. Ogni volta che andiamo a Napoli non abbiamo dubbi sulla scelta!
