It's very noisy at night. You can hear loud singing motorcycles at two or three o'clock. There is no bathroom in the room. We have to go out to the public bathroom in the living room. The double room we booked should have a bathroom, and if we have a house, we will not change it. If we want to change to a room with a bathroom for three nights, we will be charged 200 euros more. There will be no cleaning after staying for four nights. , no service is provided, I have to find towels and paper towels by myself. There is almost no hot water in the shower room in the bathroom. There is a problem with the water heater. It keeps turning on and off and there is not much hot water. Fortunately, I often swim and am not afraid of cold water. This is too disturbing. In the mood.

Lovely stay in Napoli in a great central location
We had a great stay at Don Pedro Rooms in Napoli. When we arrived we were met by Francesco and he gave us a quick run down of the area and things to see and do in Napoli which was incredibly helpful. The central location was great to get around the city quickly. Being close to Via Toledo meant there was a real buzz in the surrounding area at all hours of the day. This meant there was some noise throughout the night which was understandable given the lively location of the building. Some of the internal doors had a bit of a habit of slamming and the bed frame was quite creaky causing some more noise during our stay. The property is on the third floor of the building (Number 16) and there is a lift for those who require it. Aside from the noises we had a great stay and would definitely stay again when we are in Napoli.

The owner who has the privilege of owning such a structure keeps it as a stable rather than a jewel.. he made us find it in such embarrassing filth that I was ashamed for him, a person who absolutely should not do this job of which he is not worthy. Shame!!!!!!!!!

Spacciate un vecchio rudere per un b&b addirittura se chiamate numero sul sito risponde un agenzia che lo promuove. Nello stesso vecchio palazzo altri b&b molto più curati. Entrate e lo squallore avvilisce, nessuno cura nulla. Un vecchio frigo dove trovate cose sparse, bustine di patatine lasciate sul tavolino, vecchi libri guide sporche, materassi danno prurito e coperte sporche. Nella prenotazione non era dichiarato il bagno esterno...poca pulizia unica cosa buona la posizione. Se non prendete ascensore non prenotate perché è molto piccolo , vecchio e al 3 piano infinito. La sera essendo su via toledl bisogna dormire con le finestre chiuse. PS come si fa nel 2023 a non avere una TV in camera?

Impossible to find because there wasn’t a single sign identifying the property, even outside the actual place! The proprietor was called by a neighboring business owner and said he’d be there in 20 minutes which turned out to be longer. Once we were finally inside, the place was relatively tidy but old and shabby. I will say the proprietor recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner called Amici Miel. My overall advice is stay here if you’re a college student, not an older person who is used to a higher standard.

Non fatelo a meno che non siate molto, ma molto forti di stomaco. Purtroppo su Booking aveva recensioni passabili. Alla ricerca di una camera non troppo costosa con un’amica sono finita qui. Camera sporca, bagno non pulito correttamente dopo i precedenti visitatori, asciugamani sporchi e non vi dico di cosa, bagno che puzza di fogna, ovviamente senza finestra che farà puzzare tutta la canera, rumori molesti durante tutta la notte che provengono da fuori. Insomma un incubo.
