I’m not sure where the '4-star' rating comes from, but by universal standards, this hotel is at best a '2-star.' The location is fairly convenient, but the neighborhood doesn't feel particularly safe. The staff has the demeanor of a strict boarding school tutor: 'no food in the room!' I've also never encountered a hotel that charges for luggage storage (€5 per piece for the first 5 hours). I strongly do not recommend this hotel. You can find much better options in Naples for the same price.

Location is perfect. But the room is very old. My room was next to the staff area and they are really loud (chatting and talking on the phone). No water as a compliment in the room, tea or coffee. Really sad for a 4 star hotel. Was in a 2 star hotel in Rome but everything is better. Water, 4 different types of tea, espresso machine in the room for free. Room much more modern compared to this 4 star hotel.
