I didn't like the room. Everything is old, except for the towels. The shutters are broken, the window looks out onto a dirty wall of a house where construction work is carried out around the clock. It is impossible to rest in such a room. In addition, the smell of chlorine was so strong that I began to suffocate. I had to open the windows and sleep with the window open, but it was noisy and cool outside. Breakfast is normal on the open terrace. I can't imagine how it is there in cold weather in winter. The Internet was unstable. There is little light in the room. It does not even deserve two stars. The staff is polite.

Estuve alojado en este sencillo y confortable hotel situado en la zona de Quartieri Spagnoli en la ciudad de Nápoles con motivo de mi asistencia al congreso ICST'25 sobre pruebas de software celebrado en la Universidad de esta misma ciudad. El personal del hotel es amble, atento, cariñoso y diligente. El ambiente en torno al hotel hacen de ésta una visita muy enriquecedora en todos los sentidos. Además, muy cerquita del hotel hay una pizzeria napolitana de encanto y a muy buen precio!! Eso sí, no es recomendable para aquellos viajeros que buscan paz y tranquilidad en sus excursiones... Pero, ¿Quién viaja a Nápoles en busca de paz y tranquilidad?

My second visit to Napoli. Last time I didn't have the time to visit Amalfi Coast, Capri, Sorrento and Positano so this visit was for that sole purpose. I chose this hotel location because it is walking distance to the port for my ferry trips. The hotel was in a very good location. Nice restaurants and bustling. Yes, my room was a bit noisy, but I could handle it. Room 207 was small but met my needs. Great roof top for breakfast, but felt that breakfast could be improved and better use made of the roof top.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht vom 21.06. auf den 22.06. Angekommen, hiess es das Hotel sei überbucht und kein Zimmer wäre frei (obwohl ich eine Reservationsbestätigung hatte). Der Rezeptionist schickte uns dann zum Grand Hotel Oriente, welches zu unserem Glück noch freie Zimmer hatte. Das Problem mit dem Hotel Toledo ist, das Sie uns die Nacht verrechnet haben als no-show, was absolut falsch ist. Für mich sieht das so aus als wäre das eine Betrugsmasche um Touristen abzuzocken. Verfahren mit Expedia/ebooking und dem Kreditkartenherausgeber wird nun angestossen. DAS HOTEL KANN ICH NIEMANDEM EMPFEHLEN!!!

24 hour (very helpful) desk. Felt safe. Clean hotel. Free rooftop breakfast (cute, free-roaming tortoises)!!. Very small room. Extremely noisy area. Close to shops, restaurants, coffee shoos and port. Hotel has a lift. Oh, how could I forget. The young man who helps serve the breakfast is absolutely charming and super helpful.

Qua ligging ideaal maar gebrekkige hygiëne en comfort. Verouderde en onverzorgde structuur. De beoordelingen van Tripadvies waren uit 2011...bestek mat, karig ontbijt. S nachts echt rumoerig. met de metro vlot te bereiken.
