Nice place clean and spacious , loved the shower room but Nowhere to keep soap and shampoo Heat and air conditioning works pretty well and trust me elsewhere we have seen worst Access to Magelina train station 800 m and Bar Napoli which is the best restaurant in town

Could not get any one at the building and when I finally did they did not speak English as they advertised bugs in the bed silverfish not bed bugs did not stay went somewhere else for the night.

Disappointment on arrival. Had written proof of booking seaview and balcony. No seaview and grubby Juliet balcony you couldn’t go out on.Rooms were in an admin/ banking building. Did not feel welcoming. Tatty horrible building. Dario ( who checked me in) was nice and offered me to move rooms the next night. I asked for a refund as wanted to leave, *********** requested this from the property on my behalf as it was not as described but they refused, despite me pleading by text. Was given free breakfast to appease me( turned out to be €2.50 a day)which was fine but €10 in total off what I think was expensive for such poor accommodation and them not agreeing to cancel was really not ok. The next night new room. ‘Seaview’ in new room was glimpse of port from side window. Couldn’t go onto balcony- was too small and very dirty. No clean towels throughout visit, many of the tv channels did not work, bedside lamps didn’t work. Outside space closed off as apparently they had no one to clean it. Walls thin, could hear every word from neighbouring rooms. Discovered by accident a coffee machine and microwave/ had not been shown/offered this! Having said that the room was very clean and the bed comfortable . Very good location. The cleaner, who came on the first morning to move rooms for me, was lovely. I paid €471 for 4 nights expecting a nice place with a seaview that I could enjoy from the balcony. An expensive mistake on my part. I would certainly not recommend staying here.

This property is priced as a high end b&b but the experience is more like a hostel. Dario, the host, was rather nonchalant about checking us in virtually (he was no where to be found, no host) which was quite interesting. He asked us to send images of our passports over text which was unprofessional. We had to spend an extra 5 mins to figure out how to locate our room and through the levels of doors. We found our key to our room hanginf on the outside of our door. Despite there being a national futbol celebration, Dario urged us to continue to stay at his B&B wmto which no staff was there to greet us. If you run a business, run it. Also, cherry on top, no breakfast was offered to us. Wifi was poor. Water in the shower did not drain properly. There is no safe. Lights did not work properly. Loud hallway. The only positive I have is that the ac worked well and the radiator in the bathroom. Overall, I would not stay here again.
