The property is located above a very busy tunnel that does not favor a peaceful sleep and is located in an area difficult to reach by public transport. When booking, the lady assured me that I would have a metro stop 50 meters away but did not specify that that line is only active in the morning, so I found myself spending a lot of money on taxis for evening trips, expenses that were added to the particularly high and disproportionate price that the lady charged me when she understood that I needed to quickly find a place to sleep.

I follow the reviews and book, trusting the other customers. At the end of the stay, I realize that the points of view are quite different or maybe I am too demanding a customer. Or maybe the photos belong to the first years of opening of the residence, now it needs a good polish. We were placed in a first room, unfortunately with structural problems. Willingness on both sides to change. We find ourselves in an apartment, which at first glance seems decent, but we immediately realize that the environment is not exactly sparkling clean: limescale on the taps and in the shower, dusty hob and shelves, ruined top, smelly oven. Humidity also on the walls. Subsequent problems with hot water, with a hiccuping boiler, solved during the stay, but which should have been avoided anyway. Poor soundproofing of the rooms: being close to a tunnel, the noise of the cars is particularly intense during the night. The elevator then, during the week works either with 10 cents per trip or with the garage key, which however, as it happened, did not work for us. The smell of cooking in the stairs is not very appealing... But it is a residence, we can overlook it. Good air parking for the car and the availability of the host. Everything else needs to be reviewed, starting with the cleaning team and then a good rejuvenation, with attention to detail.

Sono stato in camera doppia per una notte in questo stupefacente B&B, anche se dall'esterno sembra uno studio dentistico, devo dire che gli interni sono al Top. Un semplice appartamento molto modernizzato. Camere fresche e spaziose, dal salotto, alla cucina e dal bagno alla camera da letto. Luminosissima e tranquilla. Addirittura due televisori, uno in salotto e uno in camera. Se volessimo fare un appunto negativo sarebbe soltanto sul lilla delle pareti, ma quelli sono gusti personali. Ottima gestione anche del check-in con la sig.rina Daniela che mi ha fornito tutto il necessario per poter accedere ai portoni d'ingresso. Pulizia 9/10 Posizione 8/10 Camera 10/10 Servizio 10/10

Very large and bright apartment, super modern, suitable for both families with children and friends. Well looked after and clean. Mrs. Daniela is very kind. Amazing view; 20 minutes from the center but in the neighborhood you will find everything you need.
