Stayed at N’Art Suites so we could explore Naples. Ideally located to walk to the historic centre. Room was large and clean and despite being on a main road, the windows shut out all of the noise. Communication was excellent and they even recommended a taxi driver for us to I can’t fault their customer service and would happily stay there again. Thanks for a great stay.

Ho conosciuto Luca e Alice a Zanzibar ospiti nella mia struttura qualche mese fa ed è stato un incontro speciale e quindi ho deciso di venire a Napoli a trovarli. Le camere sono strapulite e la gentilezza è top. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui si ci sposta benissimo sia a piedi se siete amanti di camminate e sia in metropolitana (la fermata è a pochi metri). Grazie di tutti i consigli. Tutto OK. La struttura è accogliente, piccolina, pulita e molto comoda ai mezzi pubblici e alla metro. Comoda anche se si raggiunge Napoli in aereo perchè il bus di collegamento all'aeroporto e i taxi sono davanti alla stazione, ad un centinaio di metri. Per le sfogliatelle e altri dolci tipici da acquistare prima della partenza consiglio "Cuore di sfogliatella" davanti alla stazione.

Ready to get snoozed by the building in every few minute interval? This hotel is for you!
Want to get limited by an ancient lift by obligating to pay 10 cents on weekdays before 7pm? This is for you!
The hotel condition is subpar, I have the most concern with the shower system. The trouble I had is that I did not know both of these issues upfront.
The elevator issue is well known in the comment section, but not the shake! And the best part of this is the respond from Luca is that this is common in Napoli! Oh well I suppose everyone loves the shakes.

We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us. Also, looking forward to returning soon.

Mixed experience
Great room and friendly staff. Building the apartment was in was quite run down but seemed standard for Naples. Lift required an 10 cents coin so had to walk up 130 steps on most returns as didn’t have a coin. Would help if there was a change machine or just a free lift! Area around the hotel was run down but again standard for that part of Naples. Great location for visiting Pompeii though.

It is like a family hotel. It is a big apartment with several room for different guests. The place is close to the train station. It is also easy to walk or take metro to many places in Naples. The staff there was really nice.
