Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, stanza abbastanza pulita, alla quale però si potrebbe apportare qualche modifica per un miglioramento oggettivo (tracce di muffa sulle tende, in bagno e sui muri, scarico del bagno che non funziona correttamente continuando a perdere acqua, calcare su doccia e lavandino). Nel complesso discreta.

The communication with the host was apsolutely terrible. We have never had such a poor experience on Booking before. Our apartment key has broken, due to old doors, at 22.30 and he has not answered our calls untill 8 the next morning – we were left outside the entire night. When we finally faced him in the morning, he didn’t show any kind of remorse or apology and furthermore offered no kind of refund. He kept ignoring our messages for the rest of our stay and is now asking for the payment for the broken key (35€) which is not only an apsolute scam, considering the horrible quality of the keys, but also a very shameful thing to do, since we had to find another place to sleep in the middle of the night, without any of our belongings. We are very disappointed in the lack of decency and would never stay here again, advise you to do the same.

Situato in un vecchio palazzo, con ascensore, stanza ampia e bagno con doccia, ma senza bidet.Pulizia ok. Si affaccia su via Duomo, ed è nel centro storico. La metropolitana più vicina dista 5 minuti a piedi. Naturalmente ci sono tutte le attività per ogni necessità a portata di mano, essendo in pieno centro. La notte si dorme tranquilli nonostante la zona. Unica pecca: la comunicazione con il proprietario. Non risponde in tempi brevi. Al nostro arrivo,abbiamo atteso 1 ora prima che ci rispondesse, nonostante era stato avvisato giorni prima sull’orario. Però è una persona disponibile, quando si riesce a parlare..

Ho soggiornato 3notti con mia moglie. Le cose che abbiamo apprezzato del b&b sono state la gentilezza del proprietario, la pulizia e la posizione ottima per i turisti. Cose negative a mio parere,la mancanza del bidet,frigo e lampada da tavolo non funzionanti, serratura del secondo portone complicata da aprire.

Great hotel. Very cute, in a central location. Was clean, host was friendly. Big tall ceilings and windows. Only stayed one night so hard to meet the 200 minimum character requirements for tripadvisor................................

Excellent location ... airy, fresh, quiet, very clean, safe (3 security doors before the bedroom door), comfortable, central ... owner and service staff polite and helpful ... perfect in every sense. The loft of very generous height, is the ideal place to rest after the treks in the city. The bed is very comfortable. TOP
