This hotel stay in Naples is a classic example of "first depression and then rise". First of all, when booking a room, I opened Google Map and Ctrip to study the direction and distance to ensure that I could reach the hotel quickly on foot from the high-speed train station of Naples Central Station and check in. Since I was arriving in the afternoon, I wanted to go to the beach before the sun went down. This is the big premise. As it turned out, it was really close. An old review even pointed out that you could quickly get to the street where the hotel was located through the side door of the station; the train also arrived a few minutes early, contrary to the Italian habit of being late. As a result, I arrived at the apartment building where the hotel was located (I was very careful to research through Google Earth that this B&B was in a residential apartment building). I communicated back and forth with the hotel staff opposite on WhatsApp for a long time, but the reply speed was not very timely, and they did not come in person. I read another review before that said guests who arrived at night found that they had opened a cafe nearby and could go there to find staff and so on. Anyway, after half an hour of ineffective communication and waiting for messages, I finally couldn't help but contact Ctrip customer service and give a thumbs up to Ctrip! The reply was very timely, almost within seconds, and they said they would help me contact the hotel immediately. It just so happened that the person on the other side might have suddenly finished his work and became free at this time, and he directed me: he opened the door of the apartment remotely, let me go upstairs by elevator, and then opened the door shared by several rooms remotely, and I went in to get my key at the small front desk, and entered my room. From check-in to check-out, I didn't see a single employee, hahaha. After all this trouble, the good side comes. The hotel room is super big, with a big sofa that can sleep people, and there are outdoor chairs and a table on the small balcony. I drank red wine, smoked, and ate cheese and pizza from takeout there at night. It was very comfortable. Finally, Ctrip refunded me some of the room fee. Thumbs up again!

Booked this b&b through another online booking site and the choice was really right. B&B very convenient if you arrive by train to Naples central in fact it is very close in fact exiting laterally from the station you find it in front. Large, bright and well furnished room the same goes for the bathroom. Very kind owners and available for every need. Very good breakfast too, excellent croissants, which is done at the nearby bar always of the owners. I highly recommend it.
