Gigi was an excellent host,ready to go that extra mile at all times. The apartment is located centrally, so walking 2 km in each direction covers all that matters. The foodie bazars are right in the next gully. Off course a little restricted with space,but then that is why it is called budget.

La gran ventaja es que la ubicación es excelente. Por lo demás, se trata de media planta en un edificio de oficinas y pisos en el que el portero hace de recepcionista. Aunque dicen que dispone de parking, en realidad es el del hotel de la calle de detrás. No dispone de ningún servicio. Habitación pequeña y con mantenimiento muy mejorable. En las fotos parece mejor de los que te encuentras, adecuado para dos noches pero no más.

In alcuni siti viene citato come B&B, invece si trova un frigo vuoto senza neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua, speravo almeno in un bollitore dove potersi fare una tisana la sera. Scordatevi la colazione. Comodo per il centro e per i dintorni pieni di attrattive,

La camera era nella norma, peccato che dalla finestra si vedesse soltanto la scala di emergenza e niente più. Inoltre nella tariffa non era prevista la colazione che si poteva fare però a pagamento extra . Molto positiva invece la collocazione proprio in un punto nevralgico che ha permesso di girare e visitare comodamente tutto il centro della città

Posizione strategica per andare ovunque a piedi e coi mezzi pubblici, oltre ad essere vicino al porto. Zona molto ben servita. Appartamento Situato in palazzo signorile e moderno con portierato, gentile ed ospitale. Camera di giuste dimensioni, letto e cuscini comodi, tutto molto pulito . Zona molto silenziosa. Peccato per il bagno un po’ vetusto (cambierei almeno la tenda della doccia…). Molto consigliato.

Domus Municipium, la nostra esperienza dal giovedì alla domenica. Posizione. Praticamente a Piazza Municipio. Ottima. Voto: 8. Portineria. Personale molto gentile ma per un errore sulla consegna delle chiavi esterne siamo rimasti chiusi fuori due volte. Problema fortunatamente risolto in pochi minuti, grazie a personale della struttura, esterno alla portineria. Ascensore. Ogni tanto fuori servizio. Conseguenza 4 piani di scale a piedi. Voto: 5. Camera. Essenziale. Voto: 6. Bagno. Cabina doccia senza le antine scorrevoli, sostituite da una tendina. Roba da secolo scorso. Mensola in cristallo sopra il lavandino, montata bassa tanto che da fastidio ad aprire il rubinetto; montata in pendenza, ciò che ci poggi rotola sul lavandino. Voto: 4. Aria condizionata. Direi nominale. Già proiettata alle restrizioni del risparmio energetico. Con la finestra aperta non si può dormire per il chiasso. Finestra chiusa e aria condizionata, non si dorme per il caldo. Voto: 4. Colazione. Bisogna uscire e andare all'Hotel Mediterraneo, stesso stabile ma alle spalle di Domus Municipium. Prezzo convenzionato per due persone 15 euro. Molto elegante. Voto 8.
