Very close to the station, the hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby is small but very romantic. The self-service coffee machine is cheap and delicious. There are also many attractions around.

Simple and basic B&B. No dental kit provided, can be purchased from the front desk. The location is okay, did not feel unsafe. Police and military presence even at 11pm+.

This location is a big fat NO.
I felt safe inside the hotel and the service was so lovely.
However, take a step outside the hotel and it’s the unsafest I’ve felt my entire trip. I’m sorry to put this in the hotel review. However, I MUST warn other solo female travellers. Stay safe!

The location was good, but the facilities were old and the space was cramped! It was disappointing that there were no vegetables for breakfast!

Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from.
Take note the toiletries are not provided. However it can be purchased from the concierge.
Francesco the reception is very helpful. Good recommendation of places to go for my first day in Naples!

Excellent stay, I highly recommend it!
I had a pleasant stay in this room. It was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with two comfortable single beds and a private bathroom. The hotel staff was welcoming, helpful, and very professional. The location is ideal, close to public transport, and the room was very quiet despite its proximity to the city center and the tram that runs right in front of the hotel.
I would love to come back!
