I was very shocked by the fact that the staff sent me to park with an illegal parking attendant, behind the church of Capodimonte asking me for 15 €, and when I refused they tried to scare me by saying that it is dangerous to leave the car on the street....you don't behave like that. I have come here other times and I have never had any problems whatsoever.

It's near the road, noisy, and the hotel facilities are old. But it is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is relatively old, the environment is OK. Breakfast is simple. But it's clean and very European.

This hotel is nice and the service is excellent. Close to a church, elegant environment. The waiters were very nice and the breakfast was good. Because it is a certain distance from the city center, it is especially suitable for those who drive by themselves.

The worst hotel ever! The entry is directly off a main road with a very narrow pavement. Everything is very old, the hotel has probably seen better days in the past but it's now nothing but ancient ruins. The air-conditioning didn't work either. I was booked for 3 nights but I couldn't stay there more than one night before I moved to a better hotel.

The structure is in an area of Naples (moreover very beautiful) not very far from the center but with public transport in the evening it is very tiring to reach it and also a little isolated.
During the day, however, many buses pass by
If you have to stay here it is better to rent a vehicle.
The staff is very kind, professional and helpful
We had breakfast and the service is decent with very good hours (7 to 10).
The room with bathroom is spacious but in the evening the noise of passing cars, etc. is a bit disturbing
The structure is generally good.

We stayed for 3 nights in June, the location of the hotel was very dangerous on a very busy road. The area was run down and not a good experience for our first time in Naples. The room was okay, it was clean but the bed and pillows were very hard. Decor although traditional Italian could be updated. The bar was always unattended which took ages to get served. There may have been breakfast included but it was very sparse with a toast machine and pancake maker that were never available to use. The Orange juice ran out and was not topped up, the waiters just hanging around and not clearing tables or topping up the juice machine. The safe in our room did not work properly and we had to use the override key, in our daughters room they sent a waiter to fix there’s as maintenance was not available and were told it would be the next day when we were actually checking out which didn’t help. Some of the staff were helpful.
