My experience at this hotel was excellent. A very friendly man at the front desk helped me and a friend find the best things to see in Naples.
The room was okay, but it could have used a bit more cleaning.

A decent hotel for the star rating, our room was small but fine for 2 nights. Great air conditioning.
Good location for exploring and not far from the train station and Centro storica.
Great terrace area to watch the world go by.
Staff are very helpful and the continental breakfast is good. They provided gluten free options.

The Hotel is easy to find and very near from the Napoli Centrale train station and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The room was neat, air conditioning was cold, toilet was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.
