Vacanza a Napoli dal 5/6/25 al 7/6/25, pernottato a cellamare Suite & Spa. Il 6/6 tornati alle 16.30 troviamo la porta aperta e ci accorgiamo che sono stati sottratti trucchi di marca dal beauty della mia compagna. La donna delle pulizie (ragazza) dopo aver rifatto la camera in mattinata non solo ha rubato ma ha anche lasciato la camera aperta esponendo ad ulteriori furti la nostra camera. Al check out non c'è stato fornito nessun contatto da parte dei dipendenti per parlare con il proprietario (quest'ultimo si è espressamente rifiutato di parlare con noi tramite i dipendenti) ne tanto meno un rimborso per la stanza ne per il furto subito. La struttura ha ricevuto già disagi simili presenti nelle recensioni di booking con la stessa identica situazione . Non avendo fatto la prenotazione su booking mi è impossibile inviare un reclamo. P.s Ovviamente al check out non hanno fatto venire appositamente la ragazza delle pulizie complice del furto ma hanno fatto venire una sostituta per far finta che nessuno poteva farci nulla

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE. We were treated extremely poorly from the moment we checked in, as we were locked out of the apartment. Luckily, we managed to find a neighbor who was able to call a number and let us speak to the staff. Furthermore, on the day of checkout, we left 100 euros aside to catch the train and when we went back to get our bags, we realized that the money was gone. In addition, a branded lipstick that we had bought the night before was also missing. The owners were not complacent about the situation and only acted when we told them to call the police.

Excellent location, right in the middle of shops bars restaurants etc , but it needs to be cleaned badly, shower was disgusting, so much so we didn't even attempt to use it ,, and the smell in the bathroom was sickening. It's a pity because it's so central.

Hidden gem in Napoli!
Hidden gem in Napoli! 😍 We are so glad we chose Cellamare- we had the room on the second floor with balcony and jacuzzi, and it was the best hotel I have tried in Italy yet!
The staff is very friendly and helpful, always available in case of something! The room is big and much nicer and higher standard than others! The location is also PERFECT - I honestly don’t have anything bad to say!
Definitely choose Cellamare for your next Napoli stay 😍😍😍

B&B in posizione strategica per visitare la città. A due passi dalla fermata della metro Chiaia e a 5 minuti da piazza del Plebiscito. Camere molto belle,dotate di tutti i comfort e letto comodo. Salvatore molto disponibile. Consigliato.
