This is a wonderful small hotel tucked into a 700 year old building shared with other businesses and an elementary school. Our bedroom was huge, airy and tastefully furnished. Our breakfast was ample - with a choice of hot or cold menu items . The staff could not have been more helpful. Andreana, Georgia, and Sara were like personal assistants-telling us how to navigate the streets of Naples, where to find great pizza and pasta ragú, calling taxis for us, booking our ferry to Capri, printing tickets and helping us with our evening “picnics” in the dining room. They have a staff member available to transport your luggage upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel for those travelers wanting a smaller hotel with a very personal touch.

Booker beware.
Calling this place a “luxury accommodation” is liberal at best. While it’s centrally located, it’s hard to find and it’s also up multiple flights of stares. Heavy packers be warned. Our room was shared against the breakfast hall- which was ok for sound, but felt invasive when I just wanted to step outside. The rooms are massive, but filled with crappy chic looking furniture that isn’t comfortable or functional. What sold me was the jacuzzi size tub in the room, but when I checked it out, all the jets were COVERED in black mold, and the caulking was all split and gross. I scrubbed them myself and still felt grossed out. We also booked a tour through their recommended services and it was very confusing, changed our times and location, and we were rushed for the entire tour. The staff is all very friendly. Breakfast is included but looks like yesterday’s leftovers, jams etc from communal jars that look gross. Our “complimentary” water was also in a glass, Voss like bottle that was caked in minerals or dirt, or something. I didn’t really take many pics here, but trust my word. View was nice!

It is a beautiful boutique hotel in an old building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient and easy to access major attractions. The only inconvenience is that you need to carry if you have heavy luggage up some steps before reaching an elevator.

Great place to stay, close to historic/spanish neighborhood. Walkable to most everything. The staff were helpful and provided us with a breakfast in our room when we had an early tour departure. Very comfortable room with large bathroom.
Breakfasts provided everything you might want, a great start to the day.

L’hôtel est situé dans le centre dans une rue très atypique. Marchella nous a guider depuis la route afin qu’on puisse trouver l’accès et le parking qu’elle avait réservé pour la voiture auprès d’une autres du prestataire. Une fois dans la cour la réception se trouve au quatrième étage avec ascenseur. L’hôtel est composé de quelques chambres, atypique très bien agencé, avec beaucoup de goût et mobilier design et baroque aussi bien dans les chambres qui est dans les parties communes, et comme prime un jacuzzi dans notre chambre qui nous a beaucoup servi après nos 25 km parcourus dans toute la ville de Naples Le petit déjeuner est en forme de buffet complet et pour le café ou thé, chocolat et machiato, Djalu est là toujours avec le sourire pour nos expériences notamment les omelettes chaque matin. Gabriella toujours disponible pour nos promenades et renseignements précieuses…. une très belle équipe qui sont à d’autres écoute et un sourire permanent et qui nous a permis m’aimer en plus Naples. Sans aucun doute et hésitation, nous reviendrons avec joie à l’hôtel Artemisia Domus c’est une adresse à retenir et que nous communiquerons à nos amis.
