Amazing location with friendly staff. The signage out on the street was a bit confusing as it pointed down a different alley, but the hotel is actually to the right next to the statue. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

A gem of a little hotel right in the historical centre . Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was secure so no worries abut non guests sneaking in either. Nice breakfast with freshly made proper coffee. Super big bathroom with large walk in shower and nice selection of toiletries.

Not even close to a 4 star. 2 at best. When they have to keep the lobby door locked at 3:30 in the afternoon it’s not a place to stay with family. Upon speaking with the hotel staff no refund was issued. Not even a partial. Never ever STAY here!

Personale tutto gentilissimo. Ambienti puliti. Camera pulita è dotata di tutto il necessario con accessori funzionanti. La colazione sia dolce che salata è buona e soddisfacente sia in quantità che qualità. Se torno a Napoli tornerò in questo albergo

Taking advantage of a travewler
Reservation was for one person. Charged us 115% for the second person after we were told it would be much less. Horrible part of town.

hôtel bien situé dans le centre historique
Ce séjour aurait été parfait mais la chambre était trop bruyante. Elle se situait sur la place où sont installées une trattoria et une pizzeria De plus au dessus de la chambre, il y avait une terrasse avec des plantes qui étaient arrosées tous les matins à partir de 6 h. Il serait judicieux de proposer des bouchons d'oreille et un masque pour la lumière au même titre que les produits pour les cheveux et le corps.

El hotel está bien, ubicado en una calle muy concurrida pero no se escucha el ruido, por el día encuentras de todo y por la noche varios restaurantes
El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren a 15-20min caminando, mi sugerencia es que si traes contigo equipaje aunque sea carry on, toma un taxi y NO te vayas caminando aunque sea cerca, para llegar todas las calles están empedradas o en malas condiciones para rodar las maletas, además de que la sensación es de inseguridad aunque se supone que en general es segura para los turistas.
