It was a nice place. Near to city center and we can go everywhere so easy. Just we had prob our room didn’t have window and it is not good. They are cleaning properly but need windows ofc. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel building is well located, but very old, so the wooden windows don't close properly, etc. Hotel service: There were helpful staff at reception, but this hotel, which is almost a 4-star hotel, didn't have any of this. The breakfast was very poor and less Italian. The laundry and cleaning staff were excellent. The choice is yours.

Amazing location with friendly staff. The signage out on the street was a bit confusing as it pointed down a different alley, but the hotel is actually to the right next to the statue. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel venerdì 21 giugno, nonostante il caldo la stanza era fresca e silenziosa, nonché dotata di tutto il necessario. Sono molto allergica alla polvere e dopo averlo fatto presente non ho avuto alcun tipo di problema. Le aeree comuni sono tenute bene e in assoluta pulizia. Il quid pluris di questo hotel è il personale, accogliente e disponibile a risolvere ogni dubbio o problema. L’ubicazione è ottima, alle spalle del Duomo, con la possibilità di accedere a vari ristoranti; in particolare, consiglio il ristorante di fronte con posti a sedere nella piazzetta, fantastico anche quello.

It's not a very nice hotel!! Needs a definite clean and make over. It's sad, tired, and neglected. When you go away, you expect some comfort. This hotel has none. Breakfast was very basic. The staff were nice and helpful but sadly they don't have the tools to provide a better stay. It's such a shame because Naples is such a beautiful place to visit.

We have just stayed for 3 nights at this small but charming hotel. The rooms were very spacious and plenty of towels. The reception staff were very welcoming every time we passed the desk. The breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. Its based on a quiet square but literally minutes walk from endless bars and restaurants.

I only wish the hotel owner would sleep on the mattress he made me sleep on, there are no words to describe how uncomfortable it was. Also, on the mattress there was a mattress, in short, something terrible. Unfortunately I didn't sleep a wink for two nights in a row
