We had a very good stay. It was two blocks away from the train and bus central station (1 block from Piazza Garibaldi), super convinient. At night it´s not the best area but it was safe. Great neibourhood to buy and eat on a budget but not the best option if you want to chill. The room was bright with big windows and the bathroom too, with a mini balcony, very napolitan and lovely!
There was a weird strong smell from the sulfur but i´ve heard that´s normal in Napoli.
Very nice and helpful staf, everybody was lovely.
A little oasis from the great noise outside the hotel! Recomend!

hotel BW nei pressi della Stazione Centrale di Napoli. Struttura accogliente, camere spaziose e pulite, letto comodo e stanze ben insonorizzate (molte affacciano su un cavedio). Colazione particolare: buona offerta di prodotti locali, magari migliorabile sulla qualità ma la varietà è apprezzabile. L’ascensore ha un inutile “dindon” quando arriva al piano che andrebbe silenziato essendo l’unico rumore che rovina il silenzio della notte. Staff gentile anche se un po’ acerbo. Ottimo hotel per una sosta veloce in città, comodo al Centro e metro. Quattro stelle probabilmente un po’ stiracchiate e zona molto “movimentata” per così dire, anche se presidiata dalle Forze dell’Ordine.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel la quarta volta ed era il soggiorno perfetto, come quelli precedenti. Cominciavo la giornata con la colazione proprio luculliana, con vari salumi, formaggi e altri piatti a scelta, bibite calde e fredde, non mancava la frutta e dolci napoletani. Poi andavo alla vicina Stazione Centrale per prendere un treno o la metropolitana ( un altro vantaggio di questo hotel) e quando tornavo di sera trovavo la mia camera ben ordinata e pulitissima, e nel mio frigo- nuove bibite e dolcetti ( tutto incluso nel prezzo). E nel giorno della mia partenza potevo lasciare il mio bagaglio nel deposito bagagli. Mi ci trovavo benissimo e non vedo l 'ora di venirci per la quinta volta!

Se cercate un hotel centralissimo con prezzi accettabili senza pretendere location panoramiche o schick, ma con camere curate, pulite e con tutti i servizi necessari questo è quello giusto. La disponibilità del personale è impeccabile, ma voglio ringraziare in particolare Elena addetta alla sala breakfast, sempre attenta a contentare il cliente e con il sorriso sulla bocca.....consiglio anche per le varie e ricche possibilità di colazioni.

Camere ristrutturate rispetto alle recensioni peggiori, posizione centrale e vicina ai mezzi con camere nuove e molto belle con finestre ben isolanti. Purtroppo voto 0 sulla sostenibilità: non c’è una politica di riutilizzo asciugamani e la linea di cortesia prevede boccette di plastica e sapone monouso.

Start with the only positive, room was ok and clean. The entire experience was horrible. The staff was rude, not handicap friendly and location is sketchy. It’s like being in Bangladesh. Lots of drunk passed out guys in front of the hotel. Super loud. We booked through a travel agent and they will definitely know not to send anyone else here. $186 a night was a rip off. Oh, and before you sit down to eat breakfast, you should know that it is only free if you book directly through them. It is not free if you book with ******* or Travelocity and obviously booking agent. They will tell you after you start eating. Horrible!!!

For our last night in Naples we choose this structure for its accessibility to public transport (we arrive from the port and leave the next morning by plane) and the fact that it is modernised. The hotel absolutely meets our expectations. Many buses to Garibaldi, Piazza Firenze and Piazza Cavour. The room was very modern and comfortable (only the water was not very hot in the morning). The staff was precise and kind. The only flaw is the area which does not give a great sense of security and the limited offer of typical restaurants nearby.

Very good value for money, friendly and organized staff. The structure was recently renovated, very bright, clean and pleasant. Breakfast is very simple, I recommend trying it directly in a typical Neapolitan bar.

How disgusting!!! We book 3 double rooms, they ask us to pay in advance (and it's strange), once we enter the rooms we discover the worst that has ever happened to us in life! We also called the police and despite the reasons on our part, they did not want to refund us. To sleep peacefully, we decide to go to sleep in another structure because apart from the dirt, there was an absurd smell of sewage in the bathrooms of an unheard of unpleasant! Unusable. Right now we have a lawsuit going on with these people just because we will get everything refunded to the penny. SEE THE PHOTOS I ATTACH AND EVALUATE FOR YOURSELF!
