Hotel not marked with 4 stars neither on the door nor anywhere. The surroundings are very dirty, also the yard. The hotel is located in an old palace. During the stay, the windows were replaced. The breakfast room defends itself, beautiful, the best place in the hotel. Very nice waiters, good breakfast.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the historic centre of Naples. The rooms are very comfortable and whilst there is no tea and coffee facility in the rooms as standard the staff are more than happy to give you a kettle and all necessary ingredients. The breakfast buffet is very varied and plentiful and Mariano and Carlo are great, friendly hosts. The location is easily accessible by taxi from the airport and walking round Naples from the hotel is easy. Watch out for scooters and don’t be put off by the graffiti which is everywhere and bizarrely is part of Naples charm. Ragu restaurant further up the same road as the hotel is excellent

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné quelques début avril 2025; nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme du centre historique de Naples. De l'extérieur, il est quelconque mais l'intérieur est magnifique avec une splendide salle de petit-déjeuner. Un seul bémol justement concernant le petit-déjeuner qui est moyen avec des viennoiseries pas très fraiches et un personnel un peu dépassé et pas très aimable (on avait l'impression qu'il y avait une mauvaise ambiance entre eux). Sinon l'accueil est agréable, mais personne ne parle le français.
